I had difficulty finding a local watch maker for my swiss watch. I was put in touch with Jon Vincent watchmakers. They were excellent from start to finish. Communication was first class and I communicated with one lady only. My watch was returned to me within days.

I've been using Jon Vincent for fifteen years covering repair, servicing and purchase. A few years ago I gave them an old Majex watch from the 1960's that belonged to my Grandfather and had great sentimental value. It had not worked for many years and not only did they restore the watch brilliantly, they provided me with a history of the watch and its maker together with a tour of the workshop !!. Outstanding service and professionalism. No job is too small.

Sent my vintage Edox Geoscope as Jon Vincent is the go-to company for Edox in the UK.
They could not source a new face for the watch and so sent it back but in the mean time they cleaned it stuck the lose number back on and didn't even ask for postage.....
the whole time they were pleasant courteous and kept me up to date.
would definitely use again!!

With some apprehension I sent my Tag off to an online company, not knowing whether I would see it again! The service was impeccable ; I was updated with every part of the process and my watch was back sooner than I expected. Will happily recommend Jon Vincent to anyone looking for a fast, trustworthy and efficient watch repairer/ service. Thank you very much for as new watch!

A fantastic repair on my mechanical 43 year old watch I thought was beyond fixing. A prompt efficient service, with great communication during the repair. I have used them since and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone in need of a quality watchmaker.

My Rolex Oyster Perpetual had suffered an active life with little attention,finally needing repair and service, this was entrusted to Jon Vincent through personal recommendation. A quote for repair cost was quickly supplied and agreed to, in due course the watch was returned fully repaired and in wonderful condition. It has performed faultlessly ever since. Their workshops ability to regulate a timepiece is second to none in my experience, it is now a considerable period after the watch was returned and its daily rate is less than 1 sec ( being an ex Merchant Navy navigator with responsibility for at least 2 marine chronometers for navigational purposes {pre Sat Nav}) I am still acutely consious of timepiece accuracy. I would not entrust my quality watch to any lesser organisation. Michael R N James

I sent my Junghans watch for repair to the bracelet, which unfortunately was unsuccessful.
The company agreed to rectify the problem, the watch was returned.
They attempted to obtain parts needed to effect a satisfactory repair, without success.
Junghans were totally unhelpful, notwithstanding the determination to obtain the parts by Jon Vincent.
Eventually, I accepted a compromise, the original bracelet was replaced by a genuine manufacturer’s quality leather strap and clasp, at NO cost.
It must be stressed that throughout the ‘saga’ Jon Vincent’s customer service was exemplary, especially the conduct of their representative Carol Wilson.
However, Junghans customer service and supply of spare parts was protracted, it was not fit for purpose.
I cannot recommend Junghans based on my experience.

Jon Vincent have looked after a number of our watches over the last 15 years and I have always found them very helpful, prompt and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

I contacted Jon Vincent Watchmakers recently regarding purchasing a watch and I found their staff extremely professional in helping me to select one from their vast stock. One of their staff actually called to my house with a selection of watches which was so convenient for me. I have already recommended Jon Vincent Watchmakers to my friends and family.

Bought a watch for my husband for our anniversary and it was a most pleasant experience. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and very patient as I tried to make up my mind. Prices were reasonable and there was no hard sell. My husband was delighted and I will definitely shop here again and recommend it to my friends.

Having called in the first instance with my enquiry, I was invited to come in straight away. On arrival, I was welcomed in a most professional and friendly manner and was delighted with the service. Some beautiful watches are available to view as well and I have no doubt that I will return in future. Look forward to seeing them again!!

I took my brand new IWC Portuguese Chronograph in to Jon Vincent because I was having trouble getting the watch to sit squarely on my wrist due to the deployant clasp on the strap. The lady at the counter listened to my problem and then had the workshop manager come out and look at the watch on my wrist. We decided that he would turn the strap round on the watch to see if this made any difference and he did this in a few minutes. He than let me try the watch again and we decided that the newness of the strap was probably contributing to the discomfort I had been feeling with the it. I decided to try wearing the watch for a while to see if the leather softened and when I asked what I owed them they refused to take any payment!
I will definitely be using them for all my servicing and repair needs in the future.

I have bought watches from Jon Vincent and also had repairs done by them and I would not go any where else.I have also recommended them to friends and work colleagues.

I returned it yet again and this time it has been ok until the weather changed and it was no longer exposed to sunlight for long periods it now has the original fault unless I make sure its kept in the light as much as possible.
So its not the reliable watch it once was I now need to coax it to keep good time.
Vincent staff were helpful and did return some postage costs but the repair has not been satisfactory.
