Fantastic service from start to finish.
John was easy to deal with & soon had me a date lined up to have my new boiler fitted.
Dan the gas engineer arrived on time and quickly set about the job with the help of the two young lads working with him, they were all friendly and polite.
They did a nice neat job & cleaned up after themselves.
Before he left, Dan explained how everything worked.
I would highly recommend JW Heating Services, they made everything so easy & stress free.

From a call from Kerry I was assured that they could help and she got me the best deal of all the companies I had spoken to.
Excellent from start to finish, John was professional and easy to speak to, no nonsense, best deal top class from start to finish.

Boiler broke on Christmas Eve, no one I spoke to could help as either shut or unable to source a boiler over Christmas. Finally found John and made an enquiry on 29th at 4pm. He rang straight away and said to leave it with him and he’d sort it.
By 2pm the next day the new boiler was installed to a very high standard, all flushed and properly set up. No cut corners or inflated prices.
What a brilliant experience, thank you for saving Christmas

Had a boiler fitted today by this company and I have to say a BIG thank you to Mike who did the job. Very good job and nothing was a problem to him and this is the best customer service we had had for such a long time. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new boiler or other work doing tbh as I cannot fault them in any way.

Second annual boiler service with Martin. Such a friendly and knowledgeable engineer and always arrives when scheduled. Always happy to answer questions and provides reassurance of the boilers health.

Installation by Dan and the apprentice was within time frame, very professional and all my questions answered whilst they were working.
They gave me very clear and uncomplicated instructions on how to use the boiler and remote control.
They cleaned up perfectly before they left.
They were a credit to their company.

We needed a new boiler urgently I ordered a new boiler but then British Gas had messed us around no ends so decided to request my deposit back and go elsewhere.
I was informed by British Gas I’d need my floors coming up to fit a bigger supply for a combi boiler with a huge cost to go with it so decided to stick to a replacement system.
I called John Wilkinson Heating Kerry was great, she was efficient and really helpful.
I live local to their office and received a call from John himself who stated he was passing by, he popped in had a look at what I needed and stated that the gas supply under the floors maybe sufficient but may need to investigate more, we decided on going with the same system we had and we agreed a price.
Rick the engineer arrived 2 days later ‘yeh 2 days’ BG had a 2-3 week lead time.
Rick was really professional and courteous.
He removed my old boiler inpackaged the new one then called me in and stated the gas supply pipes were sufficient to feed a combi boiler, I asked if it was too late to have a combi, he said no problem, within an hour he was back with a combi boiler and was completed and fitted. He could have easily taken the easy option and said “No it’s too late” but didn’t. An absolute credit to his company … so we have what we originally wanted at a hell of a lot less than British Gas who in my opinion are shocking in many ways….. companies and people like John and Rick are a dying breed sadly.
I’ve read some of the reviews beneath and can honestly say this is a company I would trust looking after any one of my family. M well done guys ‘great job’.

I have just had a new boiler installed by John Wilkinson. 3 days from first contact to installation (my old boiler was still working) at a very fair price and no fuss at all. I didn't know this company but decided to try an online quote without much hope. Within hours Kerry called me and she couldn't have been more helpful. This was followed by a call from John offering expert advice without any pressure. Dan arrived punctually to fit the boiler and left everything clean and tidy. Very professional and courteous chap. This is the first time I write an online review but this company definitely deserves it. You don't get people like John and his team very often nowadays. It is very obvious that John takes care of getting only the best people on board his company.

I was worried about our old Combi boiler lasting over the Xmas period and was recommended John Wilkinson’s company by a friend. Rang him in the afternoon, the size of Worcester Bosch boiler was decided together with a very fair price, and it was fitted without any fuss or disruption the next day. Can’t say fairer than that.

Contacted the office and spoke to Kerry, John called me the same day & called round to provide a quote & explained which boiler he would recommend for my home, fitted within 2 days.
After being without heating for several months i cant wait to put the heating on.

Just had a new boiler and all new radiators throughout my house and I cannot thank Gaz, Layton and Jay enough. I was really worried about getting a new boiler, mine was so old and on its way out and the radiators were not much better. I was worried about what could go wrong or if I would be left with loads of decorating to do if I replaced the radiators.
I spoke to John on 3.11.23 and he went through all the options with me and the team fitted it all in yesterday. My house has never been so warm in the 12 years I have lived here. The lads were professional, friendly and talked through everything with me and kept everywhere tidy and cleaned up after themselves. 2 people recommended this firm to me and I am so glad I listened to them. Thank you so much and sorry you had to put up with my 2 crazy little dogs who never stopped barking!

I was a little sceptical when this company popped up on my Google search, I hadn't heard of them. I am so pleased I followed through and filled in the online quote form. John soon rang me back with a very reasonable quote and the new boiler installed a few days after that.
Mike and Louie gave me a top class service, firstly explaining everything they were going to be doing. Their work was clean and tidy and everything was taken away when they finished. The performance of the boiler is superb, the house feels much warmer than before. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Fantastic company to deal with from start to finish spoke with John Thursday afternoon told him our circumstances with my son promised fitting Saturday morning and time didn't let us down I would highly recommend this company to anyone fantastic Dan the Fitter brilliant from start to finish explained everything and kept everything clean and tidy one very happy and very warm home again this company is the best out there so glad I found them after being let down by other companies don't hesitate to use this company they won't let you down

J W were booked to visit today at 2pm to give me a quote for a new boiler. By 3.30 no one had turned up. I placed a call to the company who couldn’t find the booking but wanted to speak to Kerry who had made the booking and would ring me back in a few minutes. Never received a call back! A total waste of my Friday afternoon that could have been better spent. Well done JW Heating Services. Your efficiency and customer service is top notch …..NOT!!
