Kari Traa Opiniões 

Første problem med jakke fra Kari Traa: Kjøpte en mørk blå vårparkas i fjor i Norge. Vaska den kort tid på 40gr med 1000omdr på sentrifuge og hang den til tørk. Ser at alle hvite logoer har sverta av flere steder på jakka og går ikke av. Logoer er klisset og smitter. Kontakter kundeservice med bilder.De bekrefter original jakke og beklager.De kan intet gjøre uten kvittering og butikknavn.Ber meg lete i bankutskrifter! De finner jeg ikke og klager igjen på at de ikke tar ansvar. De ber meg sende koder inni jakka og tilbyr med ny jakke i samme prisklasse. Slik bør det være hvis et firma er seriøst og her vil jeg gi dem skryt for bra kundebehandling. Dette er veldig bra!

Absolutely poor quality. I have purchased 3 jackets. On all 3 Jackets the Zipper has come away from the body of the jacket. Zippers are too small, compared to Patagonia. Never buy again

Veldig dårlig kvalitet på rongve jakke. Trodde først jeg hadde vært uheldig med den første jakke jeg kjøpte. Derimot skjer det samme med jakke nr 2 etter under en sesongs bruk. Det lekker veldig mye dun fra jakka etter en vask. Selv om den er vasket etter vaskelappen. Stoffet ved lommene revner i sømmen.

Jeg har kjøpt to ullstilongs fra Kari Traa. Den ene fikk hull etter jeg kun hadde brukt den to ganger. Den andre fikk også hull etter kort tid. Dårlig kvalitet.

I ordered a pair of bibs from this company. They said the order did not go through and to re-order. I was then sent a second pair of bibs. I returned them both in one package thinking that it would be most effective. They claim I only returned one pair of bibs. I would never do this, and have even returned packages from other companies that thought the package got lost and I was refunded (I have emailed proof of this). I will be beginning a chargeback with my bank.

My leggings ripped at the seam on the very first time of wearing and holes appeared in numerous places.
(Poor) customer services suggested that I return them to the Norwegian shop of purchase. Not worth the trip from Scotland!
Poor show indeed.

No return label nor RMA - I am stuck with a jacket; I have been duped!

It has been impossible to return a Jacket - "free returns". Have requested a return label and RMA (return merchandise authorization) several times.

1- Customer service sent a ticket # acknowledging each email and to expect a response (seems an automated message/response).

2- When clicking on the return portal: "404
Sorry, we couldn't find this page. The page you tried to reach does not exist or no longer exists. Don't worry, you can always go back to the homepage or continue shopping below easily."

Kjempe god kvalitet og super fint design!

Köpte ett dyrt underställ i merinoull av karitraa, då de omtalat skulle hålla hög kvalitet.Det blev hål efter att ha använt det 2 ggr(ej tvättat). Efter några ggr till--> hål på många ställen. Aldrig mer Karitraa!

Bought my wife a pair of puffy pants on their black Friday sale. First of all, the website is not user friendly and ordered two pairs of the pants. Didn't even notice it until the package showed up a few days later. No big deal, these things happen, so I sent the one pair back as a return. Turns out the pants run small, so had to return the second pair as well. The company does not allow exchanges so I ordered another pair in the proper size at full price (only got one this time, thankfully!) Sent out the other pair as a return. Fast forward to the first week of February and I still have not seen my refund from a return 2 months ago. Customer service is non existent, and they only initiated my return when emailed. No effort has been made on their part to get my money back to me, and when pressed where my refund is they reply "just wait 7-10 days". Ive waited 7-10 days about 4 times now and still havent seen my money. Overall. Extremely poor experience, they seem all to eager to take your money but have no idea how to actually run a business

I’m sorry to all the customers in the UK who feel duped. Our parcels came in the mail just fine in the U.S. The website seemed very clear to me when ordering that final sales cannot be sent back, but that there is one free return per order (meaning you have to decide which items go back and you can’t change your mind later and return something for free from the same order). I was able to keep items I love and return the items that didn’t fit that were intended for gifts. Problems I experienced: website glitching due to “high volume of demand” over the holidays - I tried to order 3-4 times and it didn’t go through, so I asked someone else to. When they finally got through after trying many times also, they saw there was a wrong size item in the invoice, another glitch. Kari Traa’s website was contacted by email and they replied that a new order can be made and the mistake can be sent back for free after it got delivered. The rest went fine as described at the beginning of this review. I would order again as needed. I enjoy the fit. Most American standard sizes do not fit me (petite Asian), and SmartWool is soooo boring with their solid colors and weirdly long sleeves. I removed one star because the Kari Traa website and user experience can be better.

I should have read the comments here first …. I ordered 2 jackets at £100 each. Shipping is “free “ over £100, and the final emailed invoice made no mention of UK import charges. UPS now require £85 to deliver. I have advised I will not accept the parcel and request a full refund.
The web site is set up that you have to hunt to find the page that says shipping costs may be more in the UK - but they can’t tell you how much it will be…. Had that been obvious when ordering I would not have ordered. It’s deliberately misleading surely they can link a UK address and the shipping cost.
Really poor experience from a company that produces good quality products. I’ll let you know about the refund experience.

Älskar deras tights. De är perfekta i storlek, otroligt sköna och så fina färger. Kommer definitivt fortsätta köpa.

I give it a star, but should be 0 if I could - tracking is fully messed up (goes to a dead FedX page) so thought the product never was shipped...until it arrived on the doorstep without any email acknowledgement of shipping. In trying to return, password resets did not work, and there was not a place to denote a return on some of my items....it's a mess - not worth it. If you really like the products, Amazon or a sportswear shop is a far better bet - KT site has no #, no one working weekends (for online, this is dated) - save yourself time and $ and buy elsewhere! etc..

I februar 2022 bestilte og modtog jeg et sæt Marino uld baselayer. Kvalitet, pasform, og farver som forventet og virkelig lækkert.

I start april opdager jeg et hul ved knæet nær syning, jeg sender billeder og beskrivelse. Hvorefter jeg samme dag får svar, om jeg ønsker penge retur, eller ny vare. Jeg vælger ny vare, og har i dag modtaget et nyt sæt.

Do not order any products from Kari Traa from the UK, as it is a nightmare customer experience.

They use UPS for delivery, who is especially hard to contact. UPS screwed up the rejection of my parcel - I rejected it four times both in writing to UPS and Kari Traa and in person to the UPS drivers. UPS continued coming every day after the rejection had been noted, eventually delivering it to my neighbour instead.

They tried to charge and then said they'd cancel a 50% import charge (delivery from Sweden) for £89 - without any warning in the check our process from Kari Traa who promises free delivery and returns. I've now been sent a £89 invoice from UPS for import charges, as the fee wasn't paid by the neighbour on delivery (surprise). It's a lot of work and I'm now trying to dispute this both by contacting UPS and Kari Traa, fingers crossed.

Kari Traa hasn't been helpful so far. They targeted me with adds in the UK. Then they blamed me for not reading a webpage hidden somewhere on the site, where they say they can't predict if there will be an import charge (you should know if this impacts UK customers and flag this) and how much it will cost (i.e. 50% and in my case £89 of an order I'm not keeping).

Dårlig kvalitet, blir fort hull

Ullundertøy … bukse nr 2 - fikk masse hull etter bruk av fire ganger.
Når de første bukse fikk hull på tenkte jeg det var min feil, men når det skjer igjen… er lei meg fordi det koster litt.
Har bilde av andre, men første var kastet.
