I purchased a couple of beautiful lanterns which were delivered quickly. One of the lanterns had a slight chip in it, so I emailed requesting an exchange. The customer service I received was refreshingly brilliant.There were no issues and an exchange was arranged immediately. Although the lamps I ordered did not go with my decor and I returned them, the after service was second to non. A courier was sent for the returned items and a full refund within hours. I will definitely be purchasing more from Kayuhome.
