Excellent support Excellent product
Excellent support during a minor meltdown (my bad). Calm patient helpful support from Claire that got me to where I needed to be with step by step instruction while fixing the issue myself. ‘Live’ realtime help like this is not always offered these days, and KEF having this available is a huge plus.
As far as my experience goes with the actual products, I can safely say I’m so glad I went down the KEF route for my speakers, which are outstanding. I’m already planning in my next purchase of a subwoofer to pair with my LSX II LTs, and one day finance permitting, perhaps the LS50s - definitely sticking with KEF - that much is for sure!
KEF took my money and delivered nothing!
I am shocked by this experience with KEF.
I ordered KEF LSX II LT speakers in November 2025, and was promised delivery by the 3rd of December. We are now in late January, and I have still received nothing. No speakers, no delivery date, no resolution.
I have been in continuous contact with KEF customer support since the 12th December, sending multiple follow-ups. The response has ranged from slow to non-existent. At this point, KEF has effectively taken my money while failing to deliver the product or provide any meaningful answers from a human being.
For a company that markets itself as a “premium audio brand”, this level of non-responsiveness and disregard for customers is unacceptable. I am now pursuing formal complaints with UK Trading Standards and Spanish consumer protection authorities, and I am also initiating a chargeback.
If you are considering buying directly from KEF, think very carefully. This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had. Part of a product is the experience you get when you buy it, open it, and talk to company representatives.
I rate the KEF experience as zero: an inhumane experience.
I’m sure the quality of their speakers is also overrated and poor, and only pumped by paid KOLs and paid media.

Logistics company said the speakers delivered but they weren’t. KEF customer service hopeless. Non responsive. They don’t answer emails. Have had to dispute with credit card as KEF won’t engage / resolve. Unusual to encounter such atrocious service from a supposedly reputable company

I am writing this review in the hope that this case will finally be properly handled, because via normal customer support I am getting nowhere.
I placed a simple order with KEF (order SE2647, KEF CODA W speakers) and paid the full amount. Until today, I have not received the speakers, and there has been no refund.
What is most frustrating is the complete lack of clarity and orientation in this case:
KEF claims the speakers were delivered,
the carrier (TNT/FedEx) confirms the shipment was returned to sender,
another package (the cable) was delivered, while KEF previously stated that this cable was also returned.
For such a straightforward order, this results in contradicting explanations, no clear responsibility and, most importantly, no solution. I am being sent from one explanation to another.
I am a certified tax accountant, and by now I have already lost more time (and therefore money) on this issue than the speakers themselves are worth. This is extremely frustrating, especially from a premium brand where one expects professional service.
The facts are actually very simple:
the order is fully paid,
the main product (speakers) was never delivered,
and a refund is still missing.
I contacted KEF multiple times in a correct and polite manner, but I keep receiving changing stories without concrete action, which feels like I am being led around the garden instead of helped.
I sincerely hope KEF will take responsibility via this channel, escalate this internally, and provide a quick refund or a clear and correct solution.
Very pleased with LSX speakers
Have a pair of LSX’s and a small Kube sub woofer and remain very pleased overall. Have occasionally had issues with the apps. but nothing that a reset can’t fix.

Qobuz connect est disponible depuis juin 2025. À ce jour et malgré des promesses et des relances, KEF n’a toujours pas mis à jour ses enceintes connectées récentes (ls50w2, ls60, lsx 2…) alors que d’autres marques Hi-fi l’ont fait depuis plusieurs mois. Pas de réponse et de réactions du service client. Très déçu du suivi. KEF préfère sortir de nouveau produits plutôt qu’assurer le suivi de leurs produits existants.

I reviewed a few things on their website. Especially the C-Link Interspeaker Cable which frankly should have been supplied with the speakers that or a longer option 3 meters is simply not enough. Presumably as it was only 2 stars they didn't post it. Ridiculously expensive essentially USB-c cable only comes in grey?. Along with a review on the Coda W speakers.. Major lack of EQ on £800 powered/amped speakers is so unbelievably weak!
As for KEF direct Many things take far too long to restock and your warranties are pretty poor compared to resellers.

Welches Hundeunternehmen entwickelt Lautsprecher ohne funktionierende Boxen. Da gibt es nur 1 -KEF.
Geht alle Pleite das ist das einzige was ihr noch könnt auf dem Markt.

Excellent Customer Service from KEF
I have owned a total of 10 KEF speakers over the years, all of which have given excellent service and fine sound quality. Recently, an amplifier blew a channel and took out one of my 5.1 ceiling speakers. Claire at KEF allowed me to drop the unit in to the London showroom, whence it wended its way to the Kent factory. I was delighted that they ‘repaired’ it by Christmas and furthermore this was complimentary. The unit supplied was indistinguishable from new, and works flawlessly. What a fine example of Christmas spirit from this fine company!

I bought a pair of KEF concerto speakers and couldn't be happier with them and the service.
We visited the KEF gallery in London and were blown away by the quality of some high end speakers. The gallary and the staff were amazing. Well worth a visit for any audiophiles.

I have owned a pair of first generation…
I have owned a pair of first generation LS50W speakers since early 2018 and found them to be everything anyone could wish for without the hassle of multiple entertainment units. No need for record deck, tape deck, CD machine or anything else all of which have been incorporated into one brilliant package of home entertainment that can be driven by phone, laptop and tablet. In my time of ownership there has only been one problem which was sorted via e-mail after contacting the company through their web page help line. In short, the perfect entertainment package that just goes on working without issues.
A personal touch, and a barista
Claire ensured that I had continuous support even though the problem was small and low cost, it really did add a personal touch that's missing from so many other companies these days. She also kindly arranged a viewing in the London gallery which was a pretty special combination of fascinating and spectacular - the Muons are out of this world! On that note, a massive thank you to Geoff in the gallery for being so generous with his time, taking us through everything in such detail. Aside from the kit and engineering, who knew they have an in-house coffee shop and run events - it's well worth dropping in if your near central London. Thank you team

KEF LSX repair costs way too high
The KEF LSX Speakers do produce a good sound quality. But for a product of such (high) price I did not expect to have them repaired after only 4 years, and certainly not to pay 50% réparation costs, this is for me really way too expensive !

-Star Review – KEF LS60 Royal Blue Order Experience
I’ve been waiting since August 2025 for a pair of KEF LS60 Royal Blue speakers after being repeatedly assured that stock was coming “next month.” Each time the date approached, KEF moved the goalposts — September, then October, then November… and now we’re in December with still no delivery.
What makes this even more disappointing is that KEF does have Royal Blue units in stock, yet refuses to release them to Premium Sounds (the retailer I’m buying from). Instead, they kept dangling the carrot for months, giving false hope, shifting timelines, and ultimately saying the speakers “aren’t available” — while they’re literally sitting in KEF’s warehouse.
This is misleading and completely unacceptable business behaviour from a brand that claims to operate at a premium level. For a company of KEF’s reputation, the lack of transparency, honesty, and customer respect is shocking.
If you value clear communication and integrity when spending thousands of pounds on audio equipment, think twice before dealing with KEF. Their handling of this situation has been nothing short of disappointing.
The best customer support ever. Period!
Let me start by saying Claire and Andy from KEF Support have provided fantastic customer service throughout! I was gifted a new KEF LSX (1st gen) system as a birthday present when they were first released. It’s been in for repair twice. The first time just out of warranty, the second time the system had been out of warranty for two years. On both occasions KEF Support arranged a shipping carton, repair and return, free of charge(!!) - I only had to pay shipping to KEF. That’s unheard of in this day and age. (I offered to pay for the parts and labour both times.) This approach to customer care and satisfaction is leagues above any other manufacturer I’ve dealt with. I really hope KEF continue to invest in fantastic people and continue to support customers this way. Truly amazing!
