Not even gotten my product yet. it says 3 working days to deliver and it's been at this time 17 days and I still have no tracking details, and when communicating with support they informed me last week that it would be shipped by Saturday. this never happened and I'm now having to reach out to them again to find out where my purchase is and if ill receive it in time for Christmas.
Don't trust what their website says about delivery times and be ready for the worst communication possible.
PAS OP! Uiterst teleurstellende klantenservice
Produceert erg mooie speakers, maar de klantenservice (in het specifiek de retourservice) uitermate teleurstellend. Ik probeer sinds 23-november-2024 contact te krijgen met KEF om mijn product te retourneren, maar krijg geen reactie. Niet via het contactformulier, het retourportaal of via de mail. PAS DUS OP als je bij KEF besteld, dit kan een zeer bittere nasmaak als gevolg hebben.
Als iemand een tip heeft hoe in contact te komen met KEF of als KEF dit zelf leest, neem graag contact op.

J'ai commandé des enceintes LSXII LT le 21 Novembre 2024 sur le site de la marque. Il y est indiqué un délai de livraison de 2 à 4 jours ouvrables.
Nous sommes le 6 Décembre et je n'ai toujours rien reçu. Aucun moyen d'appeler ou d'avoir l'adresse postale d'un service client, donc aucun courrier recommandé possible. Lorsque j'envoie des mails, aucune réponse à aucun mail. Bref dialogue totalement fermé.
La 1ère livraison par TNT a été remplacée par une autre, je ne sais pas pourquoi.
Sur ce 2ème suivi, sur le site TNT on m'indique que j'étais absent lors de la livraison (j'ai un vidéophone qui mémorise quand quelqu'un sonne et j'étais bien présent donc c'est bien sûr faux). Ils indiquent avoir laissé un avis de passage, qui n'existe tout simplement pas. Comme ils demandent sur le site le code figurant sur l'avis de passage, impossible de reprogrammer une livraison.
Le lendemain sur le site TNT, ils indiquent qu'ils se renseignent pour trouver la bonne adresse (qu'ils ont déjà...), preuve qu'ils n'ont jamais pu laisser d'avis de passage la veille.
Le colis est à ce jour 6 Décembre toujours chez TNT mais ils semblent le renvoyer chez KEF, alors qu'ils ont mon numéro de téléphone et pourraient m'appeler !
Bref une histoire sans fin dans laquelle KEF ne se bouge même pas et se fiche totalement de son client.
C'est mon 1er achat chez KEF et clairement le dernier. Je suis dans une impasse et ne sais pas comment je vais réussir à me faire livrer avec un fabricant qui ne répond pas et un TNT qui n'est joignable d'aucune manière sur leur site sauf en chatbot avec des messages qui ne servent à rien dans mon cas.
Commande du 21 Novembre, je ne sais même pas si je l'aurai pour Noël...
Et quand je vois les avis sur le SAV, je me dis que j'aurais vraiment pas dû commander chez cette marque.

I enquired about getting some Kef Mu3 earphones repaired. The response and customer service was amazing and they also repaired them free of charge.

What a fantastic company! Such refreshing dedication to customer service and support! Bought the fabulous LS60 speakers, then bought the KC92 subwoofer to see how it would improve the sound, and on deciding to return it I had a great experience with Claire in offering an extended trial period to see how both sets of speakers improved over time before making final decision (with zero sales pressure) and when decided to return the sub she gave me incredible support in the whole process. What more could you ask for when investing serious money into what is ultimately a deeply personal experience of finding not only the right equipment but also the right company to part with your hard earned cash. Could not recommend highly enough - both the truly amazing speakers and the back up from the company when in contact with them. Already decided to invest in the LS50s for my 15 year old son’s Xmas present as he is finally waking up to real music.. like the LS60s are to me, I am confident they will be something that will grow with him over the coming years - less a purchase, more an investment in years of pure pleasure.
Perfect experience getting spares…
I had an excellent experience thanks to Andy in spares/support. I needed replacement drive units for my KHS3001SE’s after an amplifier went bad on me. Got very fast response through the web portal and had in spares in my house some 3 days later!
The advice and help was perfect and the end result is my system is back up and running with a new amp already.
Parts price was also good 🙂

Wenn Technikunternehmen sich an Digitalem versuchen
Ich habe von 2 1/2 Jahren eine LSX erworben, weil die Testberichte sehr vielversprechend klangen. Ich nutzen die Boxen als PC-Lautsprecher. Die App zur Box funktionierte nie richtig, ich hatte immer wieder Schwankungen zwischen den Box (trotz Kabelverbindung). Auch die Fernbedingung ist unterirdischer Qualität. Der Sound war mit optischem Kabel gut.
Vor ein paar Tagen stellten die Boxen ihren Betrieb ganz ein. Sind lediglich noch über Ethernet ansprechbar, reagieren aber ansonsten nicht ... auch nicht per NEC-Code ...
Der Support hat bis auf ein Reset keine Idee. Der Händler (Hidden Audio) empfahl eine Reparatur bei einem Anbieter meiner Wahl.
So ist das, wenn Technikunternehmen sich mit Digitalem versuchen.
Lautsprecher für 1.500 EUR müssen länger als 2,5 Jahre halten!!! Ich bin echt sauer.
A KEF LS 60 Story. …
Purchased a Pair of Ls 60s direct from Kef for my 60th Birthday. Thought it was an Omen Kef Celebrating their 60th Anniversary.
When I received them I unpacked them from the Award winning Futuristic packaging.
Went like a dream.
What an amazing work of Art these Monolithic Objects Are.
Even without sound these pieces of Sound engineering arguably are worth every penny.
But there was a problem.
No mater how much I loved and desired them. I just could not get on with them sonically.
I contacted Kef who at the time seemed a little confident and Calmly told me to at least continue for the full 30 day trial.
I had almost put them back into their Space Ship Cartons.
Claire from Kef was Amazing and spent time with me explaining everything I needed to know.
And Sure Enough the Ls 60s just kept growing on me getting better and better.
Now I just can’t see myself without them.
And I look forward to spending more hours with the Fantastic Ls60s on my Sonic Journey.
A Masive Thank you to Kef and especially Claire for the Sound Advice.

I recently purchased a pair of R7 meta’s through a third party.
And due to a fault with my amplifier I sadly blew the tweeter’s. I spoke to the dealer and they wanted a whopping price to replace the Uni q units. As a last resort I called KEF customer care. And explained my situation. The result was fantastic, they fully understood the situation of having spent a lot of money on the speakers and having to buy a new amp to go with them, and sorted me out at a discounted price to get me up and running and enjoying them again.

Good product and customer support
I have had Kef Egg speakers for over six year. Great sound for their their size. My only issue is that the LED lights are not visible when the speakers are placed on top on of my book case. I got round this by buying a small prism and mounting so it displays the light, which is useful especially when connecting via my PC and Bluetooth.
As it happens, I had a problem last week with Bluetooth connection, which I think is more to do with Windows than Kef. My PC said it couldn't connect or disconnect the Egg speakers. I sent an email to Kef Support and got a helpful reply on the next working day.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with the KEF LS50W speakers. After just a year and a month of use, the left speaker stopped working entirely. Attempting to get assistance from KEF was an exercise in frustration. The company is nearly impossible to contact, and when I finally did get through, they unhelpfully directed me to return the speakers to the dealer. The dealer, in turn, told me to contact KEF. This maddening cycle of finger-pointing was both infuriating and unproductive.
Desperate for a solution, I finally found a dealer in Germany willing to take a look at the speakers. They diagnosed the issue as a well-documented problem with the main board and quoted me an outrageous one-thousand euros for the repair. This is simply unacceptable for a product at this price point and reputation. Given the high cost and the well-known nature of the problem, I decided against the repair and vowed never to purchase from KEF again.
Adding to my frustration, I discovered that this issue is not isolated. Numerous reviews mention similar problems with the KEF LS50W II and the LSX models. While the speakers themselves may sound good, the electronics and software are seriously flawed. It's clear that KEF's customer service and product reliability are severely lacking. I would strongly advise against purchasing these speakers or any KEF product if you value reliability and decent customer support. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
