Purchased these on the 12th and received them on the 22nd. I was pleasantly surprised that these arrived with minimal wrinkles. The curtains are lush feeling and will completely block out any light. I would definitely order from this site again!

I would have honestly given 5 ☆ , the reason I did not Is because of shipping. I had no Idea this was coming from CHINA! It is a US based company , i paid extra $ money to expedite my purchase to have it what i thought would be 3- 5 days delivery! Nope, that didn't happen it took over 2.5 weeks! ?? They really need to clarify where the product is being SHIPPED from when ordering! Other than that major dissatisfaction, the product is great. . . Maybe they can refund my $$ in " Express Shipping "

Only thing is I bought two sets thinking it was only one panel. But I love them! They are beautiful!

The product itself was as advertised but the shipping and correspondence was tough to track and form lines of communication. My two items were delivered over a week apart from each other but after receiving the first shipment my order appeared fulfilled with no indication the other half was coming. After reaching out to the company I was able to get them to resend the second package but they gave no tracking information and discontinued communication despite follow on questions. Overall not the best customer service but the product was as advertised.

Customer service was awesome to deal with. I had questions and they answered promptly. I received my order within a week and I'm so pleased. Outdoor curtains are well made and gorgeous.

I ordered 3 white roman shades. They are exactly as described. They are a very sturdy material. I'm happy so far with my purchase!

I had no issues/ I ordered 16 drapery panels and They did come in in different boxes for a total of four boxes but the fabric is very very nice, it is for outside use as well as inside. There was not much of a delay at all and since these come from China I expected it to be more. I am very satisfied.

So far so good! This product seems to be of good quality. I do recommend purchasing a hardware kit, in addition to the included rope. Definitely make sure you follow the guidelines for size. My patio is 10x10 so that's the size I initially ordered, but then realized I needed to leave room on each end to tighten it. I reordered an 8x8. I'm still playing around with the tension while it stretches out, but that seems to be the right size. This is definitely work the price and works better than umbrellas that are either too expensive or fall over, plus it's really easy to take down if needed. Really glad I purchased!

I have a large covered but open patio/lanai with a southern exposure so all day the sun streams in and being in southwest Florida it gets very hot. A couple of weeks ago I decided about putting up curtains to filter some of the heat. GREAT DECISION. As soon as they were hung there was a significant reduction in the heat. I highly recommend these kgorge indoor outdoor curtains. The not only make a HUGE difference in heat reduction but being able to enjoy the patio/lanai so much nicer. Open or closed the made an enormous improvement in esthetics as well.

A great waterproof shade. We keep our prized, low mileage, 2006 Mazda Miata convertible protected without having to deal with a car cover. It works great.

We purchased your curtains for our screened-in porch to cover up our storage space. The curtains need to weather our moist and damp winters and our summer humidity in South Carolina. They are of very good quality, hang well and look great.

Very bad..will never purchase from this site..quality of the curtain is very bad..please guys never buy from this website..you can't even return the item..it's better to buy from Amazon

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! Scammers!!!! I ordered glitter blackout curtains and received regular plain curtains and contacted them SEVERAL times they said they would send new ones and I never got them!! Wasted over 100$!!!!!!!!!

Order arrived quickly. My only concern was opening pkg carefully because it was wrapped tightly with packing tape. Curtains were exactly what I wanted. Happy so far.

Great quality curtains, and the price I paid I feel is fair for the quality and service provided.

Frustrated! Can’t return product. I was told in a very rude email that the product must be shipped back to China and I should probably keep it because it would cost me less just to keep the product, that I could not use anymore, rather than the expense, some time to send back to China.

These items ship separately from china, so it took more than a month foe each package to arrive.

I had quick response to my inquiries, but if you ae not sure of color, size etc, be mindful that you will be returning them to China at your expense.

My first sunshade was faulty and they happily returned me a brand new one with no need to send in the old one. Kgorge has to proven to be reliable and trustworthy, and I will continue shopping! :) thank you for everything.
