We were very happy when our order arrived. Warning I will not take long and they will faded drastically. We live in a shaded woods in the state of Ohio. China company do not expect to return, it will cost more than product. Look elsewhere.

Great product! Waterproof and color hasn’t faded that much after a year of California sun.

I have been waiting for a credit to my credit card for what seems like weeks. When last I inquired, i was topd my 3 pkgs were being examined. The items were never taken out of the box, only opened to check the merchandise and once opened I realized the rods were
the wrong size and closed the boxes
Not sure what could be taking so long

The order was promptly delivered, the was correct, and quality is what I expected.

These velvet blackout drapes really are beautiful & made very well. I have the champagne color & now the blush - they are both lovely but I’m especially fond of the blush. Also in the champagne I ordered the 84 length & in blush I ordered the 96 length & I really prefer the longer length bc the drapes look nice when they puddle on the floor. I like the amount of light that they block out… not fully black out by any means but definitely darkens the room considerably. Highly recommend!

We ordered the 192" X 276" waterproof sunshade for our backyard. After multiple attempts with different fastening devices we were unable to remove the sag in the middle of the shade with tension. We even used the kit that the company sold as an additional item. The material was just too weak in the middle. The return process has been a nightmare. I'm still trying to get a return address to ship the product back to the company. We've had over a 12 email exchange and at this point I seriously doubt if I'm getting my money back. Awful customer service. Do not recommend at all.

The curtains worked very well in our Gazebo. We draped open one side & closed the other (3) sides. They especially helped keep out the cold as we sat outside to enjoy the day! Thank you!

Panels received as expected within the time frame given. Minus 1 star for not being exactly square.

I ordered custom size patio drapes. I received them in less than a week. They were exactly what their website said they would be. The size was perfect. The price was very affordable.

We ordered outdoor curtains for our patio. These came in a reasonalble amount of time and the quality was just as described. They are heavy duty with nice gromets that should last for a long time. We have yet to determine how the dark cloth with sustain its color when the summer sun starts shining but for now we are very pleased with our purchase.

We love our new outdoor curtains. We are using them on our from porch to protect the carved wood doors from the sun. They look nice! I purchased the tiebacks in order to be able to tie pack the curtains. Cute!

I think your return policy is terrible. I think the return time should be 1 month. I had unopened curtins and couldn’t return them after 2 weeks. Ridiculous!

I read the reviews and decided to order vinyl tarps to “enclose” my patio for the winter to keep my orchids protected from the cold. If you considering enclosing your patio, these tarps are excellent. With the use of the tarps and 1 small propane space heater, the large patio has consistently been 12 degrees warmer than the outside temp.

Curtains are good quality and arrived quickly. Customer service was responsive, and the price was reasonable, however, the color info and photo on the webpage isn’t accurate: the forest green is actually emerald verging on teal. But overall, good curtains, good experience with the company.

Took almost month for express delivery and was told refund. NEVER HAPPENED. PRODUCT QUALITY VERY POOR STATED CLEAR HEAVY GAUGE PLASTIC FOGGY AND THIN WAS SUPPOST TO HAVE ENFORCED HOLES AROUND TARP 13FT BY 33FT HAD 4 ONE ON EACH CORNER I FEEL I GOT TOOK ADVANTAGE OF.I AM 76 AND MY MONEY IS HARD TO COME BY. The curtains we ordered are terrific. They were installed on our side porch and are sturdy and beautiful. Couldn’t be happier.

You sent the wrong item. Something I didn't want and could not possibly use you and would not take it back, so I had to dispose of it.
