Customer service is non existent. I bought my son a Kids Ride-On Electric Forklift on the 11/6/25 and on the 25/5/26 I contacted them regarding the forklift not working anymore and 14 days later and they’ve still not sorted anything for me. I believe there waiting for the 12 months warranty to end so they don’t have to do anything about the issue. It feels as though there quick enough to take your money and after that they just don’t care, they don’t care about how unhappy a child is about his forklift not working.

I purchased a ride on electric kids scania and trailer from this company and then checked reviews to be honest I was disheartened when I read the reviews. However the ride on toy arrived a day earlier than expected I also reached out as I was missing a little cap thing for the lorry for inside it and they sent it and it arrived very quickly. I would absolutely order from this company again and there customer service is superb my emails weren’t getting through to me so they called me to sort out the missing part. Genuine company and a fantastic one 😊😊 one very happy little boy 🥰

Absolute shambles of a company.

Ordered a tractor on the 5th of November, website says delivery in about 3 working days.
After a back and forth with emails and their chosen courier just not bothering to deliver it for a week. A tractor eventually turned up a month later.
It was the wrong tractor so had to wait another 10 days for the correct one to be collected from the other customer who had received our one by mistake, and delivered here.
This was a family gift to my son for his birthday, it was essentially his only gift and it arrived 8 days after his birthday.

By way of an apology they said they’d post an accessory free of charge I asked for a discount on a trailer but they’re sending a steering wheel. I highly doubt this will show up and a steering wheel that’s £12 on Amazon doesn’t really cut it anyway.

Avoid at all costs.

Please please do not order from these disgusting filthy scum. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR GOODS!!! To do this to children is just the lowest of the low and these sort of scum deserve to be locked up and investigated by trading standards. These people took
Over £650.00 from us for our grandson’s birthday present which we saved up for the last year. We have been lucky as our son in
Law works for the Met. Word of warning they are investigating you and with the number of charge backs from credit card companies that have been made they will catch up with you and hopefully before Christmas to shut you down for good!!! Once again please don’t order you won’t receive your goods.

!!!!SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM ALERT!!!! They are also trading as KidsElectricCars which has terrible reviews and written scam all over the comments, so they have launched Kidstractors website and put a fake 5 star review by Jack (who works for them). They are registered as NR1 Tradings Ltd, both are NR1 postcode if you look up the address on the bottom of each site. I ordered £200 tractor which I have cancelled next day as they had no extended Christmas return policy. They never refunded my money despite numerous emails and messages via their chatbox. They have no phone number to call either. Over to my credit card company now but it does make me feel sick that there must be so many more people scammed by them and potentially poor little kids without presents for Christmas! Disgrace. Shame on you!!

Great products and service. Ordered a John Deere pedal vehicle and an electric tractor and both arrived swiftly. We had an issue with the charger on the tractor, but they sent us out a new one free and we are now all up and running. Very happy with this company
