Ordered at the start of October for my kids Halloween costume and 5 days after Halloween still hasn’t arrived. Do not use. Awful service

The product is extremely poor quality. Been trying to return the item for two weeks but customer service is awful, they give by you the run around. Huge mistake buying from this site. Can’t get a return authorization number let alone a return label!!! There is no US address to return to. Product has to go back to some warehouse in China! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Company lies about their guarantees and shipping guidelines. When you attempt to request a refund due to their failed services they attempt to have you pay to ship return your item to China and plead that you take store credit as relief so that they don't have to pay fees associated with processing a refund.

Do not order from this company! I recently purchased two pop figure toys from this company. The toys that arrived were obviously fake. Packaged was two fake pop figure boxes flattened (like I’m supposed to put them back in their boxes???). The toys were packaged in their own plastic bags that were labeled straight out of a factory from China. They are fake! Do not purchase from this store!

If I could give them a zero I would. Their customer service tells you over and over they've shipped your item but refuse to provide shipping details. Patience and understand,we promise we're not scamming people. Ordered in September for Halloween never shipped and then they "shipped" the costume. Nothing came. Seriously don't waste your money. They refuse to refund saying "we don't offer refunds unless it doesn't come for 45 days". Are you kidding me? This company and their customer service are beyond deceitful. Don't offer 1-2 week shipping if you can't deliver on that.

This company is a scam. They do not have the products they are selling and they do not refund.

Do not use this company. I ordered a child sized M hoodie and was sent an adult one.
Despite sending repeated emails the response I got was that it was my error not theirs.
I asked to return the item to a UK address I found. Their response was I should return it to China!! But as yet I have not been given an RAM number which you need to return an item.
So far I have found 4 different addresses for this company. 1 a general contact number on the UK website and 3!! Other return addresses.
In addition the phone numbers that they publish have automated messages saying no one is available.
My next step is to contact the small claims court.

I ordered my son’s costume at the beginning of October. Received an email it was shipped, but then it stopped moving in the tracking on October 7. I then checked and it said did not have enough postage. I contacted the company and they said they were looking into it. Did not hear anything for about a week so I asked for a refund. I then received an email saying my package was delivered when it was not delivered. I have asked for a refund three times, and I have still not received it

I will never purchase anything from this company. I ordered a paw patrol cup in August not only did it take forever but they sent me the wrong one. I sent an email and they responded fast BUT the customer service was TERRIBLE. One text gave me a label to return it but I was given 3 business days to send the cup back. I sent it back within that time frame. Then I get another email saying they delivered me what I asked for. Then the 3rd email said I would have to pay for the shipping. I emailed back asking for a refund and they wouldn’t give it to me. The 8th of September is when all this began. It’s going to be 2 months soon

Terrible service. Ordered a costume on the 10th October with shipping time between 1-2 weeks which would arrive prior to Halloween. On the 16/10/24 I contacted them for shipping information and they advised me there is a glitch in the shipping company’s details and they were unable to provide shipping details. Then on the 26/10/24 they send me an email saying my order has been shipped, 16 days after I ordered. I asked for a refund as it was for Halloween and clearly will not arrive in time and they are now refusing a refund.

Absolutely disgusting vile company waited over 2weeks for son Deadpool costume for them to use evri courier service who took picture of it outside my home and then suprise it's not there and I told them this straight away and keep getting contact evri like I should do there job for them

Terrible company too deal with. Ordered a product for a special event was told delivery would be 1-2 weeks. Received half the order 23 days later still have not received the rest of the order. My grandson was unable to wear his costume to the event. I contacted the company numerous times requesting a refund which they refuse to do stateing the order has already been processed I have offered to return the item upon receipt but still not willing to work with me. Avoothis company.

Before reading the reviews I ordered! Yes I know rooky move, anyhow I went on to read the reviews and was horrified so disputed the transaction immediately, long story short! I received my items in the time specified as described online with tracking information.....good products too kids are very happy.

My order never arrived and I reached out to customer service for a refund and they said I would have to contact USPS myself to get them to search for the package. Obviously usps is not going to go door to door and find where it is. I really wanted to buy another one and get refunded for my lost one but thankfully I didn't buy another one yet. They want proof that all efforts were exhausted with USPS trying to find it BEFORE they will attempt to "help" me. By that time how much time would've passed? What kind of ridiculous customer service is that? You are the sender, you file a missing claim to them cause you have all the info - package dimensions, proof of value, proof of insurance etc. Really sad. Waste of money Will never purchase here again

I wish i read the reviews before purchasing the items… I bought it on October 6th online spending $246 cad which was shipped late on October 16th which was received on October 23rd… I only received two items of the 7pieces, not even the led costume.

I ordered an item for comic con this weekend, but whilst the item was on its way to me, I have had to cancel the event as there has been a death in the family and the shoddy company will not refund me for an item that has not even been tried on. The item came in a crappy zip up plastic bag with no paperwork and trying to now get my refund is proving difficult. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY, I have now taken this further for advice.

I wish I had read the reviews for these rip off merchants before my purchase . I thought I was buying from a UK toy shop . I brought a transformer bull dozer for my grand son for Christmas . Spent $100 on a gift I thought was now dun and dustered as my Christmas shopping . I nilly cried then got really angry as again I was tricked my another Chinese con company . The box is tiny and information all in Chinese . It looks very cheap and nasty . I now have to spend more on another present as I can’t possibility give it as a gift . When will these places get closed down .

Don't buy anything from Kidz country they take ages to send your stufflike more than months

Would give 0 stars if i could. Absolute money grabbers. I orded the incorrect size so when i asked for a refund you get told no. They claim to be in the UK but yet your order is coming from China. You email them and they just make bullsh1t excuses. Once they have got your money they dont care about anything after. Just make excuses up to keep your money. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
