I experienced the same as everyone else. Fake advertisement, quality issues and refund problems. I reported this website to Google and also the FDC (I think that's what it is) please do that. They both take ALL reports into consideration. Especially if they see a pattern. I am so sorry this happened to many of us. We have to work together to report this kind of thing. Always always do your research on a website.

Terrible quality knock-off rubbish. Couldn't give that to my daughter. Spent £50 and the toys went straight to charity shop and I doubt anyone will buy them there.

I ordered a dress from Kidz Country which literally fell apart when my daughter tried it on for the 1st time!

Not only did they initially deny that it was their dress when I sent photos, they then offer to partially refund me for what they called a "minor problem" despite the dress clearly not being durable or fit for purpose.

On top of that, Albert their Senior Support Executive then suggested that I take it to a tailor nearby for a "quick fix" which further inconveniences me, the consumer and at my expense too!

They didn't even suggest for me to return it and be repaired by you, being the company responsible for selling me a defective product in the first place.

Honestly, the lack of accountability is truly shocking.

Kidz Country clearly have no competency in delivering good customer service or any morals given the bounty of 1 star reviews about their awful service.

I purchased a 360 stunt remote controlled car and had a change of mind a few days later. I contacted KidzCountry by email, explained my change of mind and asked for a refund. They first offered a store credit, but I said I'd prefer a refund, which they processed promptly. The process was painless and professional.

Wow. Horrible. Delivery was very much understated no did not receive the Halloween costume in time. Their return policies are so restrictive it’s basically impossible. Plus you have to pay for return shipping up front and they are so dodgy I doubt they would refund me anyways.

False advertising and inaccurate information. Company will take your money but never deliver your product. Product is not from UK but instead China. Don’t waste your time unless you like throwing away money.

Kidzcountry presents misleading and dishonest advertising. You think you are getting a genuine product, eg Lego, but they have made subtle differences to their product presentation. You will receive a very poor, cheap imitation. There is no recourse. You've done your money.

Absolutely DO NOT purchase from this company. The fake reviews had me fooled. I purchased Panda sneaker shoes for $29.99 2 weeks ago. I was advised I would have my order by then. After several emails I was advised that the “shipping company” is behind due to Halloween orders. I asked for a full refund but have yet to receive a reply regarding my email. They do not provide a US number and have asked to message them on the WHATS UP APP. Let’s stop this company from scamming and taking our hard earned American dollars. Report them to the FTC( Federal Trade Commission) at 877-382-4357

I am not surprised this appalling company has 91% 1-star reviews. I wish I'd seen the reviews on here, rather than the fake ones posted on their site, before I spent nearly £100 on a gift for my son. I purchased what I thought was a genuine Paw Patrol tower from them, but what arrived was a cheap knock-off from China under the name of the 'Breakdown Gang'. The tower arrived in damaged packaging and the characters were poor imitations of the real Paw Patrol characters. This disgraceful company would only give me a refund if I sent the product back to China (despite their website having a UK address). Please, please, PLEASE save your money and do not buy from this company. Unless you're happy with spending a lot of money on very cheap knock-off versions of your child's favourite characters.

Do NOT purchase! Orders an item 32 days ago and still hasn’t arrived! When I wanted to cancel since I’m clearly not receiving the items they stopped communicating!

Absolutely appallingly!!! Stay away from this company!!! Ordered my sons suit over two weeks ago and the things thing hasn't even left the country yet!!!!! Absolute disgrace!!!!

Terrible company, as ordered a mask from them at £42 and didn’t receive the mask that was advertise but a poor quality mask instead. Complained to no success, so ask to return the item and was charged £16 by them (this was deducted from my refund) to return the item. This company is a joke. Avoid at all costs

6 weeks- item never arrived. Contacted the company 3 times. 100% a fraudulent company. It says it’s based in the U.K., the address belongs to a company and shop called “Ghost Mail”. This company allows you to use their address for sole trading, which is what Kidz Country uses it for so that it can maintain a U.K. address while not actually having a U.K. base.

Save yourself the heartache. Buy somewhere else.

Scam dropship company. Can’t link here but have please Google the full address and search on companies house to find its run by a sole trader in Pakistan. Not allowing refunds for change of mind is illegal in the UK due to Consumer Rights Act 2015

If I could rate a zero I would. Do not buy from here, they are absolute frauds! STAY AWAY

Products cheap and horrible

Half the order never arrived

I never received the package I paid for in August. I cannot give me the address they mailed it to me in August.

I was sent an incomplete order and just like the other negative reviews left here, they simply replied saying they sent me what I was supposed to receive.

Do not buy from them. They are scammers!

Avoid this company. Appears to be UK based but is in fact based in China so expect long shipping time and zero chance of simple exchange or refund.
