A follow up on my motorhome purchase
After taking it back 5 times , last time being 25/10/25 I finally got to pick my motorhome up 3 months later, hopefully repaired on 24/01/26.was told that the motorhome would be valeted and ready to take away.upon arrival and entering the motorhome I can only describe it as if a burglar had been in, what a mess, outside with black streaks down it, inside with everything flung on the bed , just an utter disgrace.i drove it away, fuming, no diesel in the tank to get me home, air warning light came on as soon as I hit the motorway, 5 miles down the road the adblue light came on.took 3 hours to clean it inside and out and put air in the tyre and adblue in it.honrstly this company either doesn't care once the sale is done, are just lazy or incompetent.aftersales is non existent, no follow through or anything...3 months they had it, 3 months warranty wasted on it doing nothing.avoid this company at all costs.disgraceful

I had a problem whilst on holiday in Spain with our caravan,, he helped me diagnose the problem over the phone and then on my return arranged to fix it. We like the new changes to the service department too.

From the start of our journey to buy our first Motorhome Scott couldn't be more helpful with us! We are brand new to this game & his customer service was excellent!
On collection day Benson was fantastic at explaining how everything worked inside/outside of the van...fair to say his work was cut out with us but the whole experience was seamless!

Everything was ready for me when I arrived. The handover was conducted in a friendly professional manner and nothing was too much trouble.

Where do I start, basically everything after the sales experience has been shambolic.
A wheel trim fell off on the way home from dealer, kimberley offered to replace them but the ones they sent were not only different but also didn't fit.
The carpets that came with the vehicle have been lost, when I queried this I was fobbed off with a poor excuse.
Since then I've on several occasions tried to chase up the wheel trim issue but nobody ever gets back to you.
The water pump has since gone on the vehicle, I'm not expecting a positive response from kimberley regarding this issue, they have been informed in person at the front desk but surprise surprise nobody has contacted me about this either.

Left a review about Kimberley Caravans (Darlington) regarding their poor customer service, they replied saying they'd be in touch to discuss the matter....unfortunately that was on the 8th December and Im still waiting for them to contact me...confirming how poor their customer service is!

I've so far waited 22 months for some trim parts for my caravan and still no sign of ever recieving them

The fabulous team at Kimberley caravans Darlington were very professional knowledgable helpful and accommodating when I wasn’t able to collect my caravan straight away and they helped me every step of the way and benson was very good at explaining how to run my caravan

Due to snow and ice I wasn’t able to pick up my campervan after a couple of warranty jobs had been done. They were great, allowing me to pick it up a couple of days later when the weather improved.
