Our overall experience was made wonderful from my first interaction with Ravi Tickoo through any/all interactions, remotely and in-person, with him and his colleagues. We were afforded consistent prompt, consistently excellent service in making scheduling arrangements, accommodations, drivers, guides... any and all inquiries. Absolute professionalism - commitment to excellence in communications, addressing any question/concern, friendly, courteous, informative, caring. Bravo! We look forward to next time!

The KimKim team and Jimena were wonderful! She listened to and understood what was most important to us, and she planned a great trip that met our wishes and preferences. When we needed to make a big, last minute adjustment, she handled it professionally and promptly, making it very easy for us to replan. Jimena was also very responsive throughout the process, answering my many questions. Once we arrived, everything went smoothly and according to plan! I also appreciated having Jimena and Jesus available to answer questions as they came up during the trip.

My experience was very good. I greatly appreciated the overall planning, the range of activities, and their availability to troubleshoot some issues in real time during our trip. It is obviously more expensive than scheduling these things on my own. I'm still debating a bit about how I would monetize that value, but I would certainly give it a thumbs up!

Working with Eleanor was fantastic. Responsive and very flexible. I had to change my travel plans in the middle of the trip and she was able to cancel previous plans and rebook new plans and accommodations quickly. I would recommend Eleanor without any reservations. If I travel to Japan in the future I would use her again. Thank you!

It’s our second experience and we had many moving parts for a multi generational trip. Kim Kim worked with us for a year and the last minute changes and helped make our trip one to remember.
We are already planning to use them again next trip.

Our trip to Norway was the third or fourth trip we've used Kim Kim's services for and we were again very pleased. Alex and Nick were responsive during the trip planning phase and happily answered the many last minute questions we had. We found interfacing with the system Kim Kim uses to help you communicate with trip planners very easy to use and love how it shows very clearly all aspects of your trip. I also really liked using the new Kim Kim app, especially on the ground in Norway when we wanted to look up information very quickly.

The excursions were great. The write-up of each excursion was overly descriptive, however some of the logistics were unclear. The logistics are the most important part. I know going to the top of the Alps will provide great views. I don’t need 3 paragraphs explaining how awesome the views will be. I need to know where to meet who and at what time. Sometimes the writeup would mention a “guided tour”. When I asked where we’d meet the guide and at what time, I was told it was a “SELF guided tour”. The self is the most important part of the logistics. Also, some days we had nothing planned while other days we had WAY too much planned. If/when we don’t have anything planned, we were given a bunch of writeups about suggested activities, but it wasn’t clear that none of these were actually planned. So we had to read through all this fluff only to realize we didn’t have anything actually planned. I wish it had said NO PLANNED ACTIVITIES TODAY. HERE ARE SOME SUGGESTIONS. Something like that. Then one day we woke up in trieste, Italy and the writeup said to enjoy a breakfast in Vienna. Vienna was a 4.5 hour drive. Then we had an excursion planned for 3pm. So, basically, we were told to get up, drive 4.5 hours, THEN have breakfast, then do an excursion. There was just SO much written and the basics were unclear. I outsource trip planning because I’m not good at it, but this itinerary required SO much analysis and reading that it almost defeated the purpose. I was so stressed out by the time the actual excursions happened.

I wish I could give 4.6 to 4.7 stars, the few downsides and the reason why I did not give 5 stars is because I felt like some of the activities suggested were a little bit too touristy and were fitting into the touristic plan, I would have wished a little bit more authentic experience such as no market at all vs the one we went to in BKK in China town.. and I would have rather seen the Thailand street food market than the Chinese one. Even though there is a large Chinese population in Thailand, I was more drawn on tasting the Thai food. It was pouring rain that evening, and we barely ate or saw anything and it took over 1 hour to get back to the hotel due to the rain and traffic.. I would have rather have for it to be cancelled or be provided with an alternative suggestion.

Also, A little bit more information and guidance on what to expect, driver, people waiting for us at the airport, tips expectations, type of credit cards accepted at the hotels, etc.. would have been helpful
For booking online and not seeing or speaking to anyone, the trip was well organized and we saw a LOT of things. We had a few private guides for us and learned a lot throughout our trips. I heard of a chanting monk event in Chang Mai, which is something I would have liked to attend to experience the local culture. The best hotel, location and amenities was in Chang Mai, which is the city we also had the best time and experience, especially at the elephant sanctuary where we fed and bathed them... The hotel in Phuket was great but a bit far from the downtown area, the hotel had shuttle but only 1 every hour so we ended up having to take a cab. Overall, though, great trips, well-organized. Great guides and our driver in BKK was amazing.. I will recommend Kim Kim.

Everything was so easy. It was awesome not having to worry about finding transportation. Anywhere we arrived we had a driver waiting for us with a sign with our names on it. Our agent, Tina was always available during the planning and during travel to answer any questions we had. Our guides were so informative and accommodating. We absolutely loved Beti, in Bangkok. Our driver, Mr Nu, was very helpful with a timing change for our transfer to the airport. This trip couldn't have gone more smoothly, which says a lot since we were on the other side of the world!

This was my first time using kimkim and I enjoyed every aspect of the experience. I appreciated how closely the team worked with me on curating a trip for me and my fiancé. The resulting detailed itinerary and local recommendations were perfect. During the trip, the host was flexible and quick with last-minute accommodations when I needed to add another day due to unforeseen circumstances on my end. Overall, my travel host was attentive and responsive. Kimkim was an excellent value!
I have already recommended kimkim to family, friends and even new people I met during my trip. I plan on using kimkim again. Thank you!

Great tour experience in Thailand. We very much enjoyed the experience.
Our tour guide Nuii and driver Mr Kai were exceptional. They made us feel welcomed and provided a great experience. At the end of our trip we felt we knew them for a long period of time.
During the trip we had a tooth accident and Nuii and Mr Kai went above and beyond to help us find a dentist to fix the tooth. Would highly recommend asking for Nuii and Mr Kai if you visit the area !
The attention to detail such as having new fruits for us to try and having refreshments were a plus after a long day of walking in the heat.

Èric was great to work with from beginning to end! He helped me plan the exact trip I was dreaming of for our family. His plans were detailed and he had more than enough options for us to do everyday. My only regret is there was never enough hours in the day! Our accommodations were fabulous. The only thing about the accommodations I would suggest for next time is more details communicated or passed onto us about checking in at every destination.

I feel like we paid a lot of money for nothing. One out of four hotels was amazing. We did not receive prompt support when we had a flat tire. There was a mix up on a automatic vs. Manual car. The car ended up being almost twice as much as was quoted. We made it clear that this was the first time over the Atlantic for half of us and we thought a travel agent would be helpful. After this experience I would not use a travel agency again. They did not help look out for us. Luckily the group of girls I was with was full of strong independent women. Otherwise, our trip would have been ruined.

Everything was set up nicely and when we needed some changes Salome took care of us.

Kimkim created a well planned driving tour of Scotland for us. The hotels were very nice, suggested activities were very interesting, and details were easy to follow. They were very available with advice alternative arrangements when a few glitches occurred. I highly recommend them as travel planner and advisor.

Private car drivers/ guides were excellent. Tour around Leknes was spectacular. Viking Museum was excellent. The two rorbuer that we stayed at were very nice although the Reine Rorbuer room was quite small. However, the Spinoza Rorbuer room was very large/comfortable.

Because of a delayed landing by SAS inbound to Bodo from Oslo we missed our connecting flight to Leknes and had to spend a night in Bodo. Can we be partially reimbursed for the cost of this trip?

Everything was easy. Good communication

I didn't know what to expect since I had never used an agency like Kim Kim before. Overall, I was satisfied, but there are a few things I would comment on to make the trip even better.
For starters, I regret moving hotels so many times. We spent no more than 2 nights in a row at any given location, which got very tiring at the end with having to always pack up everything before we moved to the next city. We got pretty good at our routine, but fewer venue changes would be better.
Secondly, we came during the hot season, which we knew going into this. However, the first 3 full days of our trip each had a pagoda or temple visit, which requires long pants and shoulder covering for the ladies. It made hot days even hotter, and was a little frustrating because the other activities we were doing those days involved a lot of outdoor walking/stair climbing in the summer sun and heat. We didn't have time to change outfits on most of those occasions, so we were stuck wearing our long clothes most of the day.
Lastly, the car we had in the south was a little cramped for the three of us (me, wife, and daughter). We all had to squeeze in the back, whci was fine for short trips but not great for the long drive between Saigon and Can Tho.
Overall, I think we planned too many activities at the start of our trip in the north, as we had to cut some days short due to exhaustion. The south was better balanced, and as a result much more enjoyable.
Some of these issues were us not knowing what we wanted going in, but I think a little more detail about timeline in the sample itineraries would be helpful in making sure we knew what we were getting in to.
Would still recommend, and we still had an amazing vacation to Vietnam.

Wonderful tours and not a wasted moment. Throughout London, York and Edinburgh we were taken care of. We were treated to both the tourist sights and the ancestral locations that meant so much to us. Thank you for coordinating these tours and the necessary transportation. Everything was spot on.
