This “travel agency” deserves a ZERO star rating for the treatment I’ve received. They took my deposit, went totally silent for weeks, have refused to give me any confirmed itinerary for my trip, claim they have incurred non-refundable “payments” to “partners” but won’t provide any proof of that, refuse to give me a refund and as a “solution” offered me a dirty bus ride across Peru lasting 8 hours. This is not a legitimate travel agency, This is a scam. BEWARE.

Best decision was using KimKim and our travel specialist Cannon. Took most of the stress and intimiation out of planning!

Once our itinerary was finalized, the planning, coordination, and execution across the kimkim team and their travel partners were outstanding. Everything felt remarkably seamless, and we truly did not have to worry about a thing.

After arriving, we gained an even greater appreciation for all of the behind-the-scenes coordination, especially with transfers between destinations. Chris and our local contact, Maria, were incredibly responsive to our questions and always made sure we knew the plans for the following day, which gave us tremendous peace of mind.

The hotels were lovely and thoughtfully selected, with excellent locations that allowed us to feel more like locals than tourists.

Our favorite experiences were the boat tour around Capri with our captains, Mario and Rafaello, and the hike in Positano with Vincenzo. Those experiences created memories our family will treasure for years to come.

It takes all the stress out of the planning, and the entire journey in a way that I've never had when I plan a trip! That peace of mind is priceless and worth every dollar.

You can book your own hotel, your own train tickets, your own everything I guess but what happens if something goes wrong? We were set to fly to copenhagen and it flight got cancelled. I messaged kimkim and they rearranged our trip to match our new schedule while we slept that night.

Liz made planning our trip to France completely stress-free! Every hotel, transfer, train, and excursion was perfectly coordinated, allowing us to simply enjoy the experience. Some of our favorite memories included biking through the Tuscan countryside, exploring Florence, experiencing the Vatican and the Colosseum with exceptional private guides, wandering the charming streets of Trastevere, visiting Pompeii, and ending our trip along the breathtaking Amalfi Coast. Every guide brought history to life in a way that made each destination so much more meaningful than if we had explored on our own.

What impressed me most was how effortless the entire trip felt. Even after an unexpected travel delay getting to Italy, everything continued to run smoothly. The communication, organization, and attention to detail never missed a beat. We always felt like someone was looking out for us, and that level of service is invaluable when traveling abroad.

If you’re considering using KimKim, don’t hesitate. And if you have the opportunity to work with Valeria, consider yourself lucky. She is thoughtful, organized, responsive, and genuinely passionate about creating unforgettable travel experiences.

This was truly one of the best family vacations we’ve ever taken, and so much of that is thanks to Valeria and the incredible team she assembled. Anna, Marina, our outstanding guides, professional drivers, and everyone involved worked together to make this trip feel effortless from start to finish. We came home with memories we’ll cherish forever, and we will absolutely use KimKim again and recommend them wholeheartedly to our family and friends.

Every activity was perfect for our family. Our drivers were always on time, changes in plans due to weather were relayed to us quickly and alternatives suggested, and Angeliki was available and communicating with us the entire trip.

Hotels are not good transportation not on time

Our adviser, Aleksandra, was super flexible and helped us customize just the trip we wanted. Then she took care of all of the logistics - hotels, transportation, tickets, theater bookings. We just had to show up and enjoy.

Kimkim gave me one of the most enjoyable vacations I've ever had—and that's saying a lot because I'm always the one responsible for all the planning and logistics. Usually, my husband gets to relax while I'm busy managing reservations, schedules, transportation, and last-minute changes. This time, I got to enjoy the vacation too.

The Kimkim app is fantastic. I was initially hesitant about downloading "another app," but it ended up being the key to a stress-free trip. Everything was organized in one place and broken down day by day. Hotel information, activity details, pickup times, ferry tickets, inter-island flights, meeting locations, and driver contacts were all easy to find exactly when I needed them.

Communication was seamless throughout the entire trip. It was easy to message the Kimkim team, and we could also communicate directly with drivers and activity guides when needed. Every transfer, pickup, ferry, and flight was coordinated perfectly, and having all the details available in the app eliminated the usual travel headaches.

The hotels and experiences they arranged were excellent, and the itinerary flowed smoothly from start to finish. Instead of spending time double-checking confirmations and figuring out logistics, I simply checked the app the night before and knew exactly what the next day held.

If you're someone who usually carries the mental load of planning vacations, Kimkim is absolutely worth it. They transformed what could have been a complicated multi-island Greece trip into a relaxing, enjoyable experience.

Our third trip with Kimkim, love this company. Costarica with Serendipity Adventures was locally planned, executed and tailored until the last minute when we had an unexpected change. The choices, proven local network and ecosystem are a huge plus. The communication platform where all the travellers and the agency communicate is a huge benefit, and so are the reviews from fellow kimkimers on activities and hotels.

We asked our son where he would like to go as a special trip for his graduation. He said Japan. Since we did not know where to go and what activities we should try while in Japan, we researched and found KimKim. Peter asked us what we enjoyed and made suggestions based on the things that we enjoy. The tours that he suggested were perfect for us. He gave us a proposed trip that we were able to fine tune and it was definitely a great trip. They took care of getting all our tours and hotels booked, bullet train reservations and private drivers for the important transfers. Some meals were included and those were always very good. The guides for our tours were all excellent and willing to adapt the tours to our family. Typically the tour guides would reach out to us via Whatsapp the day before our tour to introduce themselves and find out more about us. We could not have been more happy with our experience with KimKim.

My wife and I wanted an experience that combined group tours and private time. We needed to have specific winery tours along with small group food tours keeping in mind that one of us doesn't drink alcohol. Kim Kim tailored an experience of a lifetime! Having a local agent to fine tune the trip was incredible. The timing, transfers and museum/tour passes were all taken care of before we left The U.S.
