There is only one word to say about Kingfisher Drones. EXCELLENT. I am always a bit worried buying online and I do get a little impatient. I sent an email to them and within 15 minutes I had a reply from Paul stating that my parcel had been despatched and will be delivered on 7/3. It arrived 6/3. The Item I purchased was the cheapest price I could find online, customer service could not be faulted. If you are thinking of purchasing from Kingfisher Drones, don't hesitate just do it. If you get customer service like I had you will not be disappointed. Thank you very much Paul. 5 Star+++

Some companies say they have great Customer Service, Paul is proof of that.

Paid express however still waiting for the delivery. Update, the product is good quality and the sales team was good to deal with. The slow delivery was due to Australia Post.

Great price and fast delivery considering the time of year

A very pleasant experience, Paul sent me a very informative email within hours of me requesting information and ideas about upgrading my drone and then followed up with a lengthy personal phone call to discuss my options. Armed with Paul’s knowledge I ordered a new drone which arrived within 3 days which is unheard of to my area in regional NSW and a second part of my order coming from another location arrived a day later. All in all a very prompt, professional and friendly service.
