It's been great finding Kingfisher, they have a a vast selection and great prices.
I'm very happy with the new props for my M3T and they were sent almost imminently after ordering and arrived in around 3 days in VIC, so all up, very impressed and I will be back for sure.

I got the second monitor for me to use…
I got the second monitor for me to use on the tablet when I’m working from home in the car. However, after I attached the magnets onto my tablet, the CPU fan stopped and it burnt the motherboard of my working tablet…… the cost and time to repair it took so long…
I am hoping I can get the refund or an explanation on the practicality of this product moving forward.

Firstly, we are a little confused why we received this review.
We have never been contacted about this purchase, or prior to the purchase regarding its recommended use. In fact this is the first we are hearing of the issue you have had with your purchase from a month ago. So I’m sure you can understand our confusion about such a review on our service, when in fact we had your order delivered within 6 days of purchase (standard delivery), and we have had no other contact or enquiries regarding the product or purchase so our service regarding contact and delivery regarding this purchase is nothing but 5 star.
To address the review, if asked, we would have advised not attaching these high powered magnets (or any magnets) to a tablet as it may affect or damage the electronic components/circuits etc, and if using with compatible mobile devices such as tablets and mobile phones to utilise the free provided kick stand, as this is what the stand is intended for.
Additionally, whilst we are sorry you have caused damage to your tablet by attaching these magnets (not something we would ever recommend, in fact we would recommend to refer to device recommendations before attaching or connecting any device), we are no way responsible for the damage, the subsequent cost of the repair and how long it took for the repair to be completed.
We would recommend using the product with a compatible device, and utilising the kickstand which came with the product, and not connecting or attaching magnets to the back of any mobile device such as tablets.
We do however, appreciate constructive feedback and reviews that can help us in improving our service to our customers, however such reviews as this one have nothing to do with the service we have provided to you regarding your purchase.
It is also extremely disappointing and very un professional for a business professional to utilise a review platform in such a way, especially since you have never contacted us at any point to discuss your purchase or the use of the product.

Super impressed with this seller, fast dispatch
Super impressed with this seller. I sent a msg on their page enquiring about an item that I needed urgently.
They were super fast to respond and while they couldn't guarantee delivery, they were SUPER FAST dispatching. The item did arrive in time because of how quick dispatch was. I will definitely be buying more from them in the future.

I decided I needed to check out the Autel Evo Nano Plus. Plenty of sites with offers, however, from previous dealings, I went to Kingfisher Drone Services site. There was the combo, and the deal went ahead.
As usual, top-class service, backed by an Australian supplier who demonstrates the best there is after sales service.
Delivery: fast; value: great! communications: excellent! I totally recommend this business.

Amazing communication and service
Amazing communication and service. I had ordered the same item form a big online retailer. That retailer did not advise of the wait time for the item nor did they even estimate in any communication. Kingfisher Drone Service delivered a far superior customer service! The importer services both sellers. Only Kingfisher came through. Five Stars!
