I regret to say that my experience with Kinkin.in has been nothing short of a nightmare. After placing an order, I've been left in limbo for over a month with no sign of my product. The tracking status? "Refund processing." This isn't just a case of poor service; it's blatant theft. Kinkin.in seems to be nothing more than a front for robbing unsuspecting customers of their hard-earned money. Avoid this fraudulent website at all costs. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment.

I was very sceptical about ordering a cake online for my daughter 23rd birthday, I found kinkin and I ordered from it, It was good and delicious, But was delivered a little bit late.

I had the worst experience, they called me when I didn't make an order and promised me they would deliver...which they didn't do, saying the weather was too cold, I was informed I would be getting refund which didn't happen it's been more then one month.

Don't ever order from them, even if they call you

Wow, never imagined that kinkin will come up with such a creatively designed cake. My brother is very fond of PUBG game. when he first tym succeeded the game by winning Rs 50 lakhs in Grand Finale PUBG India, I thought of sending something delicious that wasn't only funny but a congratulations reward too. so, I ordered for him PUBG Battlefield cake He was so happy to see it that all my efforts of searching for a best regard became worthwhile. Thanks kinkin for helping me out.

Order twice and both they debited the money and never receive the cake.

Kinkin is fake, not responding to emails, not doing refund. Kinkin never delivered food order 20210. Neither they are responding to emails not processing refund. There is no other way to communicate the company. They are fake and shameless people.

Fake site don't trust. My amount got deducted but order was not delivered. No email chat no customer care num.pls don't trust.

This is a fake website to cheat innocent people. They never deliver order nor they respond to any query over chat, mail, nither they have any phone number.

Why am I getting automated mails to review my comment and confirm or else it will be deleted .
I did not receive any orders from this site and I got an email that refund is initiated it's been more than a month now , no progress .

Never buy anything from this site. It is a fake/fraud website. They will take the money but you will not get the cake. Moreover they do not even have customer service and on emails they never reply. I ordered a cake on 10th January 2024 and its almost a month neither I got the cake nor my refund.
P.S do not go over the reviews on their website. They only accept the reviews with positive feedback. They do not even accept the real feedbacks.

I had ordered a cake for anniversary on 7th of Feb to delivery it on next day i.e., on 8th of Feb. Cake is not yet delivered for last two days. Their is no customer contact number to co-ordinate, such a worst site to book anything. If its possible to rate as 0 or in -10 will rate -10 for their irresponsible work. After continues mail follow up not a single reply from them.
