i Have placed a Cake order which was not delivered but my money got debited

after 2 Days i got a mail from Customer support
that they will do the refund in 7 working days
but its bean 11 days again no response from them

Please don't trust this brand its totally Fack.

Highly disappointed with service.... Cake not delivered... Even not get refund and also reply from their side.

I ordered a bouquet and cake for my wife, cake and flower 🌷 was fresh and the product is very good but, deliver was got delayed one hour.

I placed an order for midnight just one hour before, and I received the order well on time. Cake was very delicious and it was for my child he was very impressed by the cake 🍰 this is my best experience till now. I am frequently order from this website however, I don't get any special discount, I suggest to the company please give some extra discount to the frequent customer

I had order a combo of flowers cake and chocolate, product was very good fresh cake and beautiful bouquet was delivered on time.

I had ordered a cake and some addon total worth 1195 order not received after contacting support no response any how got one customer support number from Google i called him he asked me to call back from the same number I had done transaction .then I called him from the same no he told me he will send and support apk on the number and install it for refund I told okay.after sending me the app I did not installed it .he called me I did not reply automatically there war a reply for my my mail which was not responded status refund requsted will receive in 5 to 7 days today is ten days not received. But after that I installed the app you no what that blady scammer of kinkin web site send my name in support app the amount i transferred and gateway then UPI pin scammer he is thinking all r same like him who will enter UPI pin to receive money and this app is from customer support .apk i dint transferred as i new and request all to not install and purchase any thing on this site and before buying check reviews on 3 to 4 website and don't do the mistake I did as I had already lost 1195 i new this is scam and the amount is gone and I will not receive refund.becarefull and be safe

Fake website they will take your order but they will not delivered and also they will not give back your money.theses people looting people.And google search also not removing theses fake website.

Worst brand ever. They accepted my order and debited my money. But I didn't receive the cake and no refund initiated.. they are cheaters and fraud. Never ever use this app

It's a completely fake website. Once you place the order, they will cancel it and say a refund has been initiated. But no such refund will be received.

The cake I ordered and the cake I received were not at all same. The cake quality and taste was very cheap. Cake design was not at all which I ordered. It was simply a scam with me. Disgusting site
