Ordered Kiro Brand HoseHawk nozzle power washer. It's a plastic nozzle & works no better than any regular hose nozzle. Does not perform as described! It's impossible to get a return address.

I have submitted several requests for return/refund without any response. I called the phone number, and it refers caller to the non-responsive e-mail. The product requires an additional adapter for standard hose - not included,

I see this infomercial about a power strayer that attaches to your normal hose, which it doesn't. You have to buy adapters to attach it. Then the spay is no stronger than the normal nozzled you use in your garden.
$59. plus change for a POS. I have emailed them a request for a label to send it back and refund my money in full. Lets see if they do.

The HoseHawk Pros arrived without complete mechanisms to attach it to a garden hose. When I reached out to request they send me the complete hose attachments, I was instructed to go to the store and buy them. The product was made of very cheap plastic and had nothing like the "powerwashing" capabilities shown in their advertising. These are nothing more than another hose handle sprayer--weak and leaky. No more power than the dozens I have already purchased. Buyer beware.

I had ordered two power spray nozzles from a company whose online marketing name was HoseHawkPro. The charge was to be $109.89, but when the credit card charges were posted by my issuer there were two additional charges which I had declined when placing my order. One charge was for $33.99 and the other was for $49.99. I declined all charges and will refuse to take delivery of anything HoseHawkPro or KiroBrands sends me. I don't do business with online scam artists. I see from these other entries which other consumers posted that this is SOP for this company.

Ordered a hose nozzle, was told in the sales add it was high pressure nozzle, HA HA, got me, it has no more pressure than my old $5.00 nozzle. Wanted to cancel but was told too late, already in the order process, did get a 30 % discount. was not worth $59.00. SAVE YOU MONEY, BUY A CHEAP ONE. !!!!!!!

I ordered a sprayer, got it and it was no where as powerful as what they said. they lied about that.

Kiro brands said I would have to send it back to china but it was sent out of WY, so they are getting back at you for the return. I have never returned any thing that had to send out of county. have just started my return, will post more later

Please don't order anything form this comapany! They charged us for things we did not order and the product we did order did not work anything like what they .promised! It was terrible! The return process was ridiculous. It took several weeks for them to even give us the return address-which did not include a mailing label. We had to mail it to China at our own expense and hope we get a full refund. We are still waiting for that and I am not holding my breath! This company is not honest and I hope noone else has to experience this

I wanted the spray nozzle. When ordering i declined ALL the add ons. The confirmation email showed $103.00. $49.99 was the amount I was expecting.
I immediately sent a cancelation and refund request and the response was it was already in the system and couldn't be canceled or refunded.
TYPICAL SCAM. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCUMBAGS.

Paid over $100 for a $10 plastic hose nozzle. It was represented as a solid brass, high pressure unit that replace power washers. A TOTAL
SCAM. PayPal needs to go after them for the scam and hurting PayPal clients

Scam. They have been charging my PayPal account as if they were on auto pay. Writing to them or calling, does not help.

I very carefully declined all the additional offers they tossed out opting for only one...received an invoice the following day for the entire package which added an additional charge exceeding $153.00 instead of $49.99
Then I googled this fraudulent company and found a whole page of complaints of FRAUD, upcharges, no refunds etc. NOT RECOGNIZED BY THE BBB!

Ordered a Hero cane from their add. Wanted to cancel after 5 minutes. Only email response saying they couldn't. Looked at bill, they charged me for Mystery gift package that I didn't order. Finally got email from them saying they would refund my money. Never happened. Found the exact same item online for $50 less. Total loss $80.

Deceptive website added over 50 dollars to my invoice for some "Mystery Box" subscription (39.99 initially 29.99 monthly after that) and some "add-on" to the product I was ordering. Emailed immediately after seeing the charges same day and it took them over 24 hours to reply about how to use the subscription, no acknowledgement of my cancelation request. Now dealing with PayPal to get refunded.

The Violent Fan was incapable of blowing fine dust off of our porch. I had ordered based on a video tha showed if blowing snow off a driveway. This thing does not have the power to perform as it claims to do. The fan's price was supposed to be $69.99; but they added on extra charges: a club membership and processing fees- total order $128.99. the product was no better than a hair dryer. They requested that I return it to China. the cost to do so, was $40.00.the postal clerk said that some customers complained that the company denied getting the returned package.

Please stop taking 24.99 from my account
I contacted pay pal. I didn't authorize this transaction.

This site is a scam
I was ordering two waggie dogs @ $14.99 each. The process was deceptive. I unknowingly ordered 4 dogs plus three add ons.
my total was $159.00 !! There was no way to edit or back up or cancel. I emailed them immediately. They said they needed photos. when this sad excuse for a product arrived I sent them six photos. They said they never got them .... I resigned myself to being scammed for $159.00 but today a new charge is on my credit card !!! I dont know what to do !!! This is a scam business ! Do Not order from them !!

Cancel my subscription. That would be helpful

I ordered 1 TunePro for $36.37 and they sent me 2 and charged me for 2 and asked for a refund and received it very quickly went to send back and shipping was $160.00 to $220.00 . Their mistake asked for a refund label, they don't do return labels.will not recommend doing business with them.

KIROBRANDS has a faulty site which "disappears" information, loads false "purchasing' scams, doubles or adds at orders. adds FALSE "special' shipping charges, SELLS INEPT, INCOMPETENT, AND DUD; products [electric 'plugs'] , AND, once they have your Credit Card information [Master Card] CONTINUES TO MAKE THEIR SCAM REQUIRED PAYMENT CHARGES REPEATEDLY, as if it were some sort of spurious Subscription. A SCAM AND CROOKED OPERATION if I ever saw one. KIROBRANDS, KINDLY STOP CRIMINALLY TAKING MONEY OR SPURIOUS PAYMENTS from my MC CREDIT CARD. LEGAL NOTICE. CRIMINAL SCAMMERS.
