Product was ordered from FaceBook ad Oct19 ,2025, Item sent was not what was ordered. Contacted customer service for return and refund instructions. Followed their instructions cost me $45 to mail them back, there post office received the items Dec 1,2025. I then contacted them as to why they had not refunded, they said they would investigate. By Dec 24,2025 they had not refunded.
Dec 27,2025 I filed a dispute with PayPal they ruled in favor of Kiro Brands saying I took too long to file dispute, PayPal instructions said to try and work it out with seller first. Kiro Brands has learned if they can stall long enough it will go in their favor.

This company behaves fraudulently. I bought a solar powered phone charger. The company signed me up for a $24.99 monthly service charge. In December demanded a refund and to cancel the subscription. and got one and an email confirming cancellation. I got charged again in January. I was told that the. Order was posted and could not be refunded. I advised that I would report to the FTC, to my state attorney general, and to Trust Pilot. I got a refund this morning.

Was charged 38.99 for a lighter that was advertised as military grade, Plasma, that it did NOT take any fuel, only needed recharging. It was none of the above. Not rechargeable and had to be filled with butane, plastic and aluminum cheap, not plasma but arc. 14.99 for some lighter add on to the lighter that never came. Was charged 24.99 for a Mystery box that never came and was added to an Elite Club that has no benefits. The ad also said it was being pulled from the shelves of Walmart and other places was being banned. Not true. The product took so long to ship but came three weeks later after going back and forth with several e-mails. They said they couldn't find the package. The lighter was not the one advertised you could see the difference. and the ad had three different lighters that were similar but not the one I received. Was also charged 9.99 for shipping. A total of 88 dollars for a lighter that was on Temu and sold at Walmart for under ten dollars. I never received the Add on or Mystery box and was added to an elite club that they tried to take a second 25 dollars for but Pay Pal stopped. When I contacted them again explaining I didn't receive the correct item or the add on and mystery box. They told me I received the correct one, gave me instructions to it that did not fit the description of the lighter I received. Had nothing to say about the missing items. Now they don't answer my e-mails any longer.

Placed order on Sunday and cancelled at 8;47 am on Monday. This is there reply: Thank you for reaching out.

No I don't understand and this is a known tact by fraudulent companies. Also charged $10 for shipping, a $29.95 product that hasn't shipped/

I saw this company ad for the mode plug-in, so I said to myself one and I give it a shot. I’ll buy one see how it works and if I’m interested in purchasing more down the line than I’ll have the choice to do that… That did not happen that way. Thought to have purchased one for 3999 now I know there may have been some tax included or maybe shipping but what the end result of the order turned out to be $125. What they did was they added all of this bullshit to my order like a VIP, extra ones that I wasn’t aware of warranties all of these things that they added on without my permission I looked up and there was $125 charge to my credit card. !!!. now my gut feeling told me not to deal with this company, but I went ahead over my gut feeling but what I can tell you is this KIRO Brands are frauds, because when you start adding onto a person’s order when they did not want that that means that you are pushing them, forcing them to buy shit that they don’t want that is fraudulent. You do terrible business. I will be on other sites to let people know what my experience was with your lousy company I will eventually get my money back cause I have a good strong credit card system, but I sure won’t let my experience go away anytime soon before letting millions of people know how you guys do business and I guarantee you there will be a number of people who would just say “NAW” I don’t think I would want to deal with a headache!!!!

actually it was less than 1 star. This is a scam!! I tried to cancel the produce as soon as I purchased it and was told that I was too late to cancel. Product arrive weeks later, and it was a piece of crap! The re-shelving fee and postage was going to cost as much as the orgina price. DON'T BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

BEWARE! This company is a "Bait and Switch" scam. You can buy the same product for 1/3 what they charge. They advertise one thing then send you a cheap price of junk.
They also tack on extra charges that you did not ask for! BEWARE!!!

WARNING - SCAM. The product is totally not what advertised. AI dog is nothing like advertisement. It is a simple battery operated toy that makes squeaking noises and moves back and forth a little.

Horrible company in every aspect. Relieved junk mold ionizers that are useless. Plus they tagged on a subscription bill that I didn’t sign up for at all! No place to get refunds no customer service and products are worthless.

This company is a scam. Ordered 4 electric rechargeable lighters. Got butane instead. Now there is another $24.99 charge on my card. When you call you get a message that says nobody available to answer phone. I've sent them emails that I want the charge reversed and have received no reply.

First off I did not order what I received. I was looking at the Magvolt charger and placed it in my cart it was then that I noticed that they had added an additional fee for a so call lifetime warranty. This added another $12 to the cost and the site would not allow me to remove it. I went to my paypal account to pay but had 2nd thoughts and decided not placed the order. I back away from the site without placing the order. The next day I received a confirmation from them saying thanks for the order. I immediatly reached out to cancel the order and was told that the order had been processed and was being shipped . They said that If I did not want the it could be returned. I later learned that I would have to pay for the shipping. When I sent in a request to return the product, I was told that it had to be sent back to china. UPS wants $300.00 min. to ship it back. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM

Lies,i didnt get what i ordered ,i got two high dollar butane torches when it was to be rechargable ,again ripped off on line

Though they send you what you buy and can refund, they lie about some things and secretly overprice everything. They falsely claimed in an ad that a "special" lighter was going go be discontinued and so they put it on "sale" for multiple times the price of what you can actually buy it for on Amazon.

I don’t remember ordering from this company and have asked them to cancel any account I may have with them. I’m getting charged 24.99 monthly for whatever the hell they produce or sell. I’ve asked several times to cancel my account to no avail. So I went to my PayPal account and chose to prevent them from billing me for something I know nothing about. Avoid KIRO at any cost!

Kirobrands offers pretty good sales adds but that is about as far as their quality goes. It took over 3 weeks for my order for a charger to arrive from a shipping address two states away. The received item was not as described, pictured or advertised. It did not include any paper work, warranty or any other documents. It did not function as advertised, and was actually much slower than my currently owned slow chargers. Their web site does not hold any information as to where to return the item but their CS email stated it must be returned to China using a reputable shipper.

This company should be barred for false and deceptive advertising and for their poor shipping and return practices. Don't waste your time or money unless you need a frustrating experience and another worthless paperweight. One star is not low enough for this company.

I would rate this company -10 were that possible. They blatantly misrepresent their products which are criminally overpriced. They sold a 4-pack of AI puppies shown as similar to the Furbies of old for $16 each, yet upon arrival, these were as dumb as bricks, and one of the 4 was broken. I will report this company to the FTC - hopefully they can be barred from doing business in the USA.

Ordered little robot dog for a Christmas gift. Accidentally hit add mystery gift box after a couple of emails I was quickly refunded. The gift arrived in time on December 23rd and I am satisfied with the transaction.

I ordered an 'electric' USB rechargeable lighter by Kiro Brands own description on website. What I received is a butane refillable lighter. I contacted to return and was instructed I would need to return directly to China. I checked website again to be sure I had read the description correctly. The description has been removed. You only have option, from looking at the picture, to select quantity wanted and add to cart. I see Paul B on 11/26/25 experienced this same situation - ordered USB lighter and received Butane and then told he would have to return directly to China. Instructions I was given to return specified to return not only to China but specifically stated return packaging must be secure and protective even though I received this lighter in a 6 x 9 white slightly padded enveloped from their fulfillment center in Jamaica, NY. I also see others have problems in actually receiving refunds. Please DO NOT order from this company. Based on my own experience, this company is a complete fraud. If I could give a review of zero stars or even a negative 10, I would. Hopefully, I can give this butane lighter to some camping friends so I will not have wasted $ 48.94 (cost of item and shipping).
