I bought a Professional Large Non-Stick Carbon Steel
Induction-Safe Wok more than one year ago. It lost non-stick effect. I thought I had been using too high heat. Marcus dealed with my case and kindly change it. I received the new wok in several days.

We broke the lid of a three tier steamer and I emailed KitchenCraft to see if we could obtain a replacement. After an exchange of emails with regard to the size of the lid, I heard no more until a couple of days later, when a lid came through the post. Unbeknown to me this was replaced free of charge, for which I thank KitchenCraft. I can only say that this gives me heart to think that this company has a great after sales service and next time we are looking for kitchen ware we will look out for KitchenCraft.

I had a problem with a flask, and in contacting KitchenCraft was helped by an excellent person called Quoc. He was so good on so many levels - Problem solving, nothing was too much trouble, very kind, understanding and friendly. So effective and efficient. Everything was dealt with so quickly. I was extremely impressed. Quoc was very approachable, and so nice. I will recommend KitchenCraft to all my friends. Thank you very much :-)

We bought online a Kitchencraft 60 minute timer which turned out to be faulty. Quoc Nguyen responded instantly to our email and arranged a replacement (two actually) which arrived in a couple of days. Really brilliant service, quick and - as some else commented - human. I’d thoroughly recommend this company and will use them again.

The blade in our chip maker failed and, expecting the answer 'no', I contacted KitchenCraft to enquire after a replacement. After having sent pics of the original part, Quoc very generously offered to replace the whole machine and, a few days later a handsome stainless steel version arrived. In these days of 'chuck it and buy a new one' it was refreshing to receive genuinely great customer care and, dare I say, a replacement which is even better than the original. Thanks so much Quoc; I'll have no hesitation recommending KitchenCraft to my friends.

My corkscrew developed a problem after several years of faultless service. When I drew this to the attention of KitchenCraft, it was replaced at once, without quibble. The replacement corkscrew arrived with two days and the representative with whom I corresponded was courteous and helpful. In all, a very pleasant experience and one which is all too rare nowadays. Buy with confidence.

I had a query about my much loved balance scales so I emailed customer services on a Thursday evening, not expecting a reply until the following week due to a bank holiday Friday but I got a reply that same evening and the query was sorted by the following day, amazing service thank you!!

Quite a few years ago but less than 10 I did purchase a knife from a well known High Street supermarket but who now no longer stock the brand. The brand is now managed by KitchenCraft who I contacted when the knife developed a fault in the handle. I contacted them by email and they immediate replied to say that they would replace without quibble - just to send pics. Despite the Covid issues my query got picked up by Quoc who managed the replacement which arrived as promised! Great customer service- I shall deffo use again!

I had a problem with a Masterclass baking tin developing some pitting in the coating, I emailed Kitchen craft/Masterclass and was fortunate to have my email picked up by Quoc Nguyen, who dealt with my problem with such politeness and efficiency.
Last year I had a new kitchen and decided to purchase some new oven tins, and quickly fell in love with the brand, so much so that I replaced all my oven wear with Masterclass. Having been a classically trained chef I found the brand comparable with some of the top catering brands and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone wanting a good oven tin to a whole kitchen set up, if your getting married this is the range you want on your wedding present list

I had a problem with my MasterClass Electric Dual Salt & Pepper Mill given as a present. I contacted the company through their web site and Quoc Nguyen (UK Quality Manager) responded very quickly and immediately offered to replace the item, which arrived a couple of days later.
