I love my new kitchen. Even though I changed my mind and wanted granite worktops instead of my initial choice, this was no problem. Because my kitchen is quite small and I had my fridge freezer in the tv room (forever!), Simon found a way to get it in it's rightful place. He phoned me several times during the process to get what I wanted and to keep me up to date. Thank you everyone

Excellent work! We're really pleased with the results. KRC have been very professional and supportive from the professional advice of the lovely consultant that visited us to the Surveyor and installation visit everything ran smooth like a breeze just as planned!

The sales and survey process were quick and efficient, and the fitter was extremely helpful and did an excellent job. We're delighted with our new-look kitchen.

I was kept I formed of progress regarding delivery and fitting, made a huge difference to my kitchen at a fraction of the cost of having a whole new replacement kitchen.

Excellent work and professional, completely changed our kitchen and utility room, much lighter and brighter when they changed the cupboard doors and drawers.

From the initial appointment to the fitting the service was superb. The quality of the finish and craftsmanship of the fitting is excellent and the transformation is way beyond our expectation

Although the designer visited us twice and another person came to double-check the measurements for all the kitchen doors, cornice, pelmet and plinths, there was still an issue: the cornice they supplied did not match the rest of the design. In the end, our builder used the remaining plinths to create a more suitable cornice for us. (Our builder installed the doors for us as The Kitchen Restoration's labour cost was almost the same as the supply...)

There was also a problem with one of the doors, as the holes for the hinges had not been drilled. We ended up buying a drill and doing it ourselves. Our installation schedule was very tight. We didn't dare to wait for them to do it as previously, we had already waited a week for customer service to clarify the delivered parts. We just didn’t want to wait another one or two weeks for two holes drilled.

While they did 'show' some effort, it wasn’t particularly effective. Overall, I believe there are other suppliers who offer better service at this price point.

I've contacted this joke of a company 3 times to request a brochure and nothing has arrived.
I have read the reviews and clearly it all adds up to terrible customer service
I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.
If you stay local you will find much better companies to do this sort of job

From the sales person, the surveyor and the person who did the actual work, all created an amazing transformation. The sales person (Arga) listened and gave me good advice, including ensuring I got value for money. The surveyor made changes to how my original kitchen worktop looked and in effect substantially improved on the original design. Finally the quality of the fitter’s work (Vlad) was excellent. He consulted me and explained why things were being done in a particular way, which ultimately made my kitchen so much better than before. He went that extra mile, which is the Hallmark of exceptional service. I highly recommend Kitchen Magic - Kitchen Restoration.

Great quality super service from start to finish super fitters very tidy

All the different staff are good, including a very competent fitter who not only removed a difficult oak surface without damaging anything surrounding, but also cut the new oak worksurface in his workshop equipped van more accurately than the previous surfaces sink area and rounded all exposed corners. He then silicon sealed between the worksurface and the wall. After showing me how to apply the oil and telling me the frequency of reapplying the oil, he also gave me a can of Finishing Oil to do so (finishing oil is thinner / better than Danish oil). After a few applications of oil, the worksurface matches the years older oak worksurface. I totally recommend this company.

From first broshure contact to salesman's first visit and design. The whole process has been superb. All staff are very pleasant and helpful. You know exactly where you stand and the start date for fitting was kept to. The fitter Ali was superb. Very friendly and professional, and checked things out with me during his two days fitting time to ensure I was happy with everything he was doing. All signed off and just waiting for the final paperwork during the coming days. I would and have already recommended the company as part of kitchen magic company for this type of home renovation.

From the time we decided to go ahead, it took 11 days from start to finish. Good advice given. Fitter worked really hard, came up with a couple of problems, but worked around them with no bother. Really pleased with the new look kitchen.

Excellent service but be wary of delivery time -- give more than 2 days between surveyor and installation. Didn't know we had so much 'old bits' in our cupboards! They lived up to what the sales man said plus a bit more too.

The kitchen fitter who installed the kitchen was very polite and worked in a professional manner. After saying that we had asked and paid for a glass top hob and an enamel one arrived when questioned we were told that is what was requested and it plainly said on our receipt that a glass hob was requested. We eventually got a glass top hob but not a Bosch one that was ordered.
