The whole project from initial consultation and survey to fitting was completed in less than a week. The advice given was honest and professional and the work was carried out to a high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Kitchen Restoration Company to anyone wishing to revive their present cabinets without undergoing the upheaval and incurring the expense of a whole new kitchen.

We are very happy with the finished job - replacement doors and drawer fronts - BUT they sent only one man to do 28 changes. The poor bloke was here until 7 o’clock in the evening and still had a 2 hour commute ahead of him to get home. Originally they had suggested ours was a 2 day job so were aware of the quantity, it was either a 2-day or 2-man job really. The man was obviously good at what he does and was neat and tidy too but to have the fitter here for so long was stressful for us.

I am not sure where to start as it was all positive. Salesman arrived with samples, very helpful and knowledgable. He arranged the survey for two days later, all very good. Fitter arrived 7 days later, clean worker, pleasant and all done within a 5 hour window! As I said all very positive and I am very happy with my new beautiful fitted and fabulous kitchen cupboards and draws.

They Came when they said..Our Fitter Callum worked hard.. and the kitchen came together.. the end result was an amazing transformation.. you would think that it was a brand new Kitchen... I would recommend this Company 100%.. you will not be disappointed

Kitchen fitting service excellent fantastic job but admin service mediocre. Once the final invoice was paid the kitchen fitter said we would receive a guarantee after waiting 2 weeks we contacted them and a lady said she would e-mail everything to us. To date we have received nothing and no communication from them.

We had replacement doors, worktops and sink and are really pleased with the result. Everything went smoothly from start to finish and Callum and Ryan who came to do the refit were brilliant…nothing was too much trouble, they worked hard and did a great clean up at the end of each day including hoovering. We would highly recommend this company

Very professional from start to finish. They kept you informed on timescales and delivery. Fitting was done in a day and the standard was first class.

From start in showroom Ben was very helpful and certainly knew his job in explaining everything we wanted and needed .
Dan was next he visited our home and was most helpful to advise us what was needed and offered us advice on what would make our kitchen look better .While he was measuring up we thought about his advice and went ahead. He gave us approximate date which was acceptable to us.
When Simon and Charlie the fitters turned up spot on the time Simon proceeded to explain what the plan of events were and proceeded to transform our kitchen. Both were very clean and tidy in both appearance and the way they worked .The whole job took 3 days to do and when we were shown the final finish my wife and I were so pleased we told them we will recommend them to all our friends and family if they needed a new kitchen this is the company to use.

The service was exceptional from start to finish. The quality of the doors high and the finished result looks great. The fitter worked extremely hard all day without a break because he had come from Birmingham to Devon and was going back on the same day. I do not agree with this policy as he was working under extreme pressure to get finished.

The timetables were adhere to and the three different staff I met were all helpful. The fitter was extremely capable and had some very useful ideas about making sure the finished product was acceptable. I was impressed from start to finish.

Sam H was very helpful and honest in suggesting what would and wouldn't be possible for a reasonable price and gave good advice on all aspects of our plan, as well as recommending other professionals to do bits of work that weren't possible as part of the quote.
The company communicated excellently and consulted me when there were any slight changes to the plan required. When it came to fitting, one of the cupboards we ordered was the wrong size but overnight they made a suitable replacement without any extra hassle and costs.
Matt and Phil our fitters were very friendly, quick and helpful and I was really pleased with the quality of work they did. Our fit included a couple of custom width end panels that no other company I got a quote from said they were able to produce, but the ones from Kitchen Magic fit perfectly and look great.

The young man who fitted the kitchen was very nice and polite.when I phoned about a concern with the sink fitting because he had not used the fitting recommended by the manufacturer. The receptionist put me through to a manager,he was very rude and threatened to rip out the sink,i told him the guarantee would be not good if not put in properly,he said he would guarantee the sink.not helpful and i was not happy

Very pleased with the result, although expensive. Simon Isherwood was very helpful, friendly and fully explained the process. My only issue was that after paying 90% of the cost, the installation date was cancelled at 8.30am on the morning of delivery! It was, however, rescheduled for the next day, but at considerable inconvenience as I had to rearrange appointments. Sanjay and Luke arrived on time, were polite, friendly, helpful and did an excellent job. Very pleased overall.

The company responded quickly to our enquiry. The salesman was helpful and not at all pushy. The estimated cost was fair and the order quickly processed. Maryus, the door fitter, did a good job. his attention to detail was excellent. 20 days from order to completion. We are very pleased. Good job.

Although both had driven 4 hours to get to me, Jordan and Justin arrived smiling and ready to go.
They were absolutely brilliant, I can't praise them enough. They did an excellent job replacing all the doors and worktops, checking all the drawers ran smoothly and doors shut nicely, and made sure I was pleased with everything. The kitchen was left spotless.

A member of the team was due to visit us to provide a quote. He turned up over an hour late, then proceeded to ignore our needs and requests and instead just showed us photos of his own kitchen design. He left and insisted he would send a quote through the following day - he never did. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was incredibly unhelpful and their customer service was very disappointing. Needless to say, we won’t be proceeding with purchasing anything from them.

From the initial visit by your salesman, who went far beyond the usual pitch, by recommending colour matches taking into account cost and affordability and finally being very helpful with advice on tiling etc. He is a real asset to your company. Thank you.
The young man who carried out the work, worked with diligence and overcame plumbing problems, due to the age of the building , in a professional manner. Overall making the experience worthwhile, with his friendly and helpful manner. Thank you.
The only fault was that there is a tiny gap where the bottom of the drawers not quite meeting. the new drawer fronts. But overall I am very pleased with the restoration and would , and have, recommended your company to others. Thank you

Great contact with your your company before we actually placed our order. Then we were kept in touch as to the progress of our order. Then it was installation time. Your engineer was on time and installed our new kitchen brilliantly in two days. No fuss no bother and he just got on with it and the outcome was 5 stars for your company. Mike
