I apologise for the inconvenience you've experienced with your order, this is not the experience we wish for you to have received.
I can see that the first part of your order was delivered on time, it's the second item which is a made-to-order item with a longer lead time that was delayed.
I can see from the tracking that it was collected on the 25th, but was further delayed by the courier, Unfortunately, we do rely on a third-party courier to deliver our goods, who seem to have let us down on this occasion.
I do apologise for not getting the tracking details over. I sent you an email earlier today, and I'm here to assist in any way I can.

No product received and no communication (except review requests)
No product received. Not able to communicate via any channel and they have now gone on holiday for almost two weeks.
Yet this is the 4th time I have been emailed to rate and review them, despite no answers to emails, voicemails and most importantly no product delivered.
The delivery was booked with DPD but they are also awaiting the product. Don't order if you value communication and actually receiving what you paid for.

I am sorry to hear that your order has not been dispatched yet, after checking this through I see that the label was created on time, but mistakenly it was not sent across to the warehouse, something that should not have happened.

I needed advice on finding crockery that my 90-year-old aunt had admired in a restaurant. Abraham was extremely patient with a new domestic purchaser and eventually we found the right design and colour. It arrived perfectly packaged and ahead of schedule. Top marks.

our new favourite supplier
We have number of restaurants and recently discovered Kitchway. I have to say they are fantastic. We have dealt with Abraham and he really goes the extra mile to help find you what you need. We explained what we were looking for and he was able to not just look at the products we were asking about but also highlighted alternatives that were better. He was able to price match and ensure we got the products quickly when we needed them. The personal service whilst being competitively priced makes this our new favourite supplier.

Ordered 2 units, only one arrived, even although site said they had 2 in stock, I got the other one 1 month later. Hence losing one star.
