Fast delivery

Further to my earlier review today, the problem I had with lack of communication is now resolved after I rang the contact number. For reasons unknown, none of the emails I had sent had been received. I am happy to completely revise my earlier review. This is a good product and once I had established contact, the sellers couldn't have been more helpful.

Items are good quality, bright & great colour.
They were packaged well and delivered quickly.

I bought Nikwax products through KitWizards Amazon shop. The price was very good and the product arrived a day earlier than expected/ advised. well packaged, etc. I will happily use them again and recommend them.

Very efficient delivery and when I rang with a question they were very helpful and friendly.
The products are great too.

Prompt delivery. Easy to return part of the order when it wasn’t suitable. Helpful email from the company offering to source something more appropriate to my needs.

I live in the USA, and shipping was quite fast. I had my order in approximately 10-11 days from the day I placed the order in the UK. I'm not really impressed with all the items, but that has nothing to do with the seller.

Ordered a sleeping bag which unfortunately had a fault with it .
The item was ordered through Amazon so contact was made via Amazon .
Kitwizard replied the very next morning and dealt with the issue very promptly and efficiently.

Ordering & payment process simple & posted promptly by Kitwizard. Item was adequately packed and as described.

Alas the delivery company Evri let them down. Evri failed to deliver on the specified day and did not send me a new time when I queried them meaning I had to wait most of the following day as well to see if they turned up. Not Kitwizard's fault directly but maybe they should chase up Evri about their customer service as it is dire.

Easy ordering and arrived well packaged and super fast.
