Clothes are lovely quality
Clothes are lovely quality. I have bought over the years many items and taken friends.
Definitely a big thumbs down are the sizes you can buy two identical items but they are not the same fitting. Company really need to address this.

Ordered a number of occasions dresses and while I opted not to keep any of them it wasn't down to quality or issue, just decided they didnt suit me or the occasion. Returns were handled quickly and funds were back in my account in a timely fashion. My only issue was not being able to return items to store at the weekends, would have saved me a few quid and an extra trip to the post office.

I shop quite often at Klass but don't usually order on line. The delivery was really fast and of course the dress although slightly too long fitted like a glove. I'm not sending it back but having it shortened. Perhaps they could think about the smaller person!

Have better quality items for sale with better materials used as some dresses returned looked good online but were flimsy & poor quality & the colour rubbish in real life .
