I can't understand the negative reviews,
Kling ai is a very performant ai video generator, it understands prompt, it gives the best camera motion performance, maybe it's not very good in image generation, but in others fields it performs very well.

It's extremely bad. I subscribed to Ultra and paid approximately $155. The problem is that when I create a video, the sound of someone speaking or laughing appears without my permission, ruining my videos. I even set a command to block those sounds, but it didn't work. I lost my balance from 25,000 to 14,000 due to these attempts, and also because the video was being cut from 7 seconds to 4 seconds. Another problem is that the credit prices are very high. Imagine buying credit worth $50 or more and then losing half or more of it because of the sound. Dear owner, please improve the website, fix the bugs, and lower the prices.

I wanted to try out the omni 3 model without buying subscription. It has shown me a notification that it's a peak time and showed me pricing plans. I bought $5 credits and it still shows me that message. No way to refund it now and will check review websites for every ai tool now

Our daughter's AMEX card# was "scammed" and there were many fraudulent charges to this site (Klingai.com). It's a front for digital thieves in Singapore - stay away!

It's almost 6 months since "you cannot suscribe new tasks, the system is very busy". It's like... You want me to pay without knowing what you're capable of? You scammers.

You spend your credit (money) for pretty bad content, its doesnt matter did you dislike the created content or not, they dont have any support, after your subscription is finished they take away the credits that you have (maybe all other platforms works, but its a bullsh1t).
Gemini for free sometimes make better image/video then kling....

Bonne plateforme AI, génère des vidéos et des effets de caméras efficaces si on a fait le prompt correct. en revanche, parfois avec des crédits achetés (700 restants dans mon cas) la plateforme bloque et..jai vu le probleme, en fonction de l'affluence ils suppriment certaines options, gener on ne peut plus faire du 1080 seulement du 720 p et hop les trademark réapparaissent , sur du crédit payant ,c'est moyen bref, c'est un peu à l'avenant et tout pour inciter à basculer sur du premium

Absolument catastrophique, kling.IA ne comprend pas les prompts aussi complexes soit-Il. Ce logiciel finit toujours par ne pas suivre le prompt et génère des videos absurde sans parler du prix exorbitant.

Spent all my credits trying to make just one video, didnt work. Pretty sure its a scam, just pay for credits and lose them.

Had an unauthorised charge from auto renew. Contacted them within 30 minutes of it happening and they refuse to refund the money even though I no longer wish to use the service. Very unprofessional and the app is horrible anyway.

If I could give them less than one star I would. I do simple video generations and the results are garbage. So what should take 25 credits ends up taking 125. And even then the result is barely passable. It doesn't follow simple prompts. Unfortunately I signed up for the annual plan so I'm stuck with it. Please don't waste your money!

After subscribing, I discovered that these features still require credits to use. Support later clarified that “free uses” only mean access, not credit-free usage — a distinction that was not clearly communicated during purchase.

In addition:

Refund requests are denied under a strict “virtual goods” policy.

Customer support responses feel templated and dismissive.

Concers about misleading feature descriptions are acknowledged but not resolved.

This creates the impression of unclear marketing and poor transparency, leaving customers to discover limitations only after paying.

I strongly encourage Kling AI to:

✔ Clearly distinguish between free access and credit-based usage
✔ Present feature limitations transparently before purchase
✔ Improve customer support responsiveness and accountability

Based on my experience, potential customers should review the terms carefully and fully understand credit costs before subscribing.

I’m extremely disappointed with the credit policy. It is honestly unacceptable that unused monthly credits simply disappear if you cancel your subscription. Customers pay for those credits, and the fact that they don’t roll over — even within a reasonable grace period — feels unfair and exploitative.

There is no transparency or flexibility, and it gives the impression that the system is designed to make users lose what they already paid for. Many other platforms allow rollover credits or at least provide clearer value for unused balances. Here, it feels like your money just vanishes.

This kind of policy seriously damages trust. I cannot recommend a service that treats paid credits this way.

the worst ai ever. freepik and higgsfield are so much better. confusing pricing. i thought buying from kling ai would be a safe choice. oh well, live and learn. so beware. the trust pilot is here for a reason. dont make the same mistake as i did
