I have never heard nor used this company before and my credit card information was stolen. Sucks to be them as my bank’s fraud department loves to bust these kinds of companies.

Nice Scam, did multiple times exactly the wrong same thing. They do not even reply to my refund email .

Awful software. Completely non-intuitive. Even deleting an uploaded image is a nightmare.
ironically , it's AI software having been developed by people with absolutely no intelligence.
They should all go back to school and learn about the term " user-friendly human interface."
For software developed in in the 21st century it is truly shocking.

I bought 3000 credits through membership
for next month my 3000 credites has been expired!!

I like Klingai, I've produced some amazing artwork with it, yes! You've got to write your prompts very carefully! If you use the web version in browser on a PC the features and results are amazing, but the mobile app is very limited and you can reject a iteration if its not up to spec on the browser version! It takes time to become really good with regenerative tech, so stick with it! I give Klingai a four out of five, because there is always room for improvement. None of these technologies will produce perfection…there will always be some glitch in a pixel. Also there are multiple ways to earn free credits!

Haha such joke. I tried Kling video editor. A strong girl doing yoga in himalaya. She got unnatural long legs and thin like a straw. A pose which was unrealistic, and upper leg was like i couldnt understand what I saw .. they wanted me to pay a small amount more to edit it. Haaa, if first result was so bad it would cost me aprox 200€ to make the picture i want. As im an artist i want perfect result and needs maybe 100 edits.. Such joke app..

I actually find Klingai to be the best so far. It does make mistakes, it wastes credits because it adds unnecessary objects or people, and other annoyences, but when it gets it right, it gets it right. For me, it is better than Google VEO3, although I also use that. If you want to create with ai, you have to be willing to be pacient and scream and yell.

Do not waste your money ($30). I subscribed to kling AI and my entire balance of 10,000 credits was wiped out after generating only TWO 5-second videos. The interface uses deceptive design (dark patterns) without warning users about high credit consumption (HDR/Ray 3 settings). Customer service is absolute zero; it has been days and no one has replied. An "AI" company that doesn't even have automated support for billing issues is a joke. Tools like CapCut are far superior, cheaper, and actually care about their users. I am initiating a chargeback through my Canadian bank for deceptive pricing. Avoid this platform at all costs.

Do not buy Kling AI, whatever you do.

They are scammers are highly unethical.

I bought it for 2-3 months (I think it was 3 months)

95% of the videos never worked.

One day, I downloaded about 10 videos to use for motion control.

Videos that were used by hundreds of people on social media so clearly, they work.

I put them in Kling AI and they would NEVER work.

In about 4 hours, I did about 2 videos while 10 didn't work.

I'd then give it another go and same thing happened.

I wrote to support and they basically said "bad luck"

They don't give refunds.

Zero refunds even though their product didn't work.

I'll be getting a refund from the bank.

If your software doesn't work, you shouldn't be charging people money for it.

Oh, it gets worse.

I joined their discord group and asked a question. I basically told them most of the videos didn't work and I wasted my credits.

I said I didn't want to give them a bad review but would appreciate the credits back or if I can talk to support to solve it.

They blocked me.

A horrible company, do not give them any of your money because you will go through the same BS as me and everyone else.

Terrible charging method, instantly depletes your credit. This app give me anxiety every time I attempt to use it. Also no way of contacting support. If you are a beginner, Stay away from this app. I will definately cancel my subscription.

Disgusting pricing and sales tactics.

Signed up because the plan advertised 165,000 credits equalling 103 videos. Sounded reasonable. What they don't tell you upfront is that 103 videos is calculated using the absolute lowest quality settings 720p, Standard mode, 5-second clips, no audio. Nobody is buying a video generation tool to make 5-second 720p clips with no sound.

The moment you use Professional mode, which is what you need for anything remotely usable, the credit cost jumps 3-4x. Use a newer model like Kling 2.6 Pro and it jumps again. Turn on native audio and a single 10-second clip can cost 200+ credits. I generated two videos one 5-second and one 15-second and my credits were essentially gone.

Two videos. Not 103. Two.

The advertised number is meaningless unless you want output that looks worse than a free tool. They know this. The pricing page is designed to make you think you're getting volume when you're actually getting almost nothing at any usable quality level.

To make it worse, failed generations still consume credits. No refund, no credit back. So if the AI produces something unusable or gets stuck, that's your problem.

I came from Google Veo which gives 3 free generations a day. Veo produces higher quality cinematic output and costs nothing. I wanted Kling specifically for longer video durations, but the credit system makes that a trap. A 1-minute video in Professional mode would burn 420 credits meaning my entire plan gets me roughly 2-3 one-minute videos. That is not what was sold to me.

The product itself generates decent video. The AI is capable. But the pricing model is deliberately misleading and the way credits are presented on the sales page borders on dishonest. If you're considering Kling, divide whatever video count they advertise by 10 to get your real output at usable quality. Then decide if that's worth your money.

Inutilisable.
Les prompts ne suivent pas les indications, le négative prompt est pris dans le même sens.
Les précisions comme des rapports d'échelle ça met plus grand. Les personnages ont des défauts ou des comportements à l'opposé de ce qui est demandé. Et de qualité discutable.

Les générateurs changent, le multi élements en vidéo a disparu. Mais bon le résultat était affreux - absolument aucune direction n'était prise en compte, et les visuels étaient transformés. Les bruitages étaient inutilisables - du grand n'importe quoi.
Alors à quoi bon s'adapter, trouver des idées si au final les méthodes changent ou disparaissent pour des modèles plus restreints? - est ce pour nous guider à des abonnements plus chers?

Les crédits du mois s'écoulent en 1 heure. Et vous n'avez pas accès à tous les modèles d'IA de Kling.
De plus en $tandard vous avec quand meme le watermark.

Je regrette d'avoir pris 2 abonnements car les crédits perdus en 1h me laissaient sur ma fin - mais finalement je ne poursuivrai pas sur les 8 mois restants.

Subscription is a scam, I was charged again after cancelling, no refund, when you, when you are not subscribed anymore you can't download creations done when subscribed (paid for) without watermark, not to mention Chinese style ownership "use or loose" credits within the month.
