TRUST without reserve

I have been using KMR for most of my high-end purchases.
They have competetive prices, an outstanding customer service and their shipping has always been careful, diligent and very, very fast.
They are surely my go-to audio shop and I highly recommend them!
I have been dealing with Nick and Stefane lately. They are serious, knowledgeable, fun and informal.
Always a great experience.

Excellent Sales Experience

Was looking into buying a universal audio Apollo Twin over the past few months and I had ended up purchasing one from a different company only to find out that I bought the wrong one.

I then found KMR Audio and placed an order with them. They swiftly got back to be to let me know that they actually didn't have any left in stock but will order more and have one shipped out asap.

I have been getting regular updates from Callum, one of their sales administrators. Callum has been amazing at keeping me in the loop and giving me loads of updates on where they were at with getting my Apollo in and shipped out to me.

I am now waiting for it to arrive which should be in the next few days. I'd like to commend Callum for his excellent customer service and attentiveness. I've really felt like my order was being constantly thought of and cared for which is rare these days.

Thank you Callum, you're a credit to KMR audio and I will remember this experience when I am next looking into buying audio equipment.

Great purchase experience

Contacted the team at KMR about Roger Mayer 500 series units and they were super helpful from the get go, and no issues that I needed international shipping. Got me a personalised purchase link and within a week I had my 500 series units which sound amazing, recommend the team at KMR extremely highly and will definitely buy from KMR again.

Highly Recommend KMR Audio

I have been using KMR audio for my Pro Tools software for over the last three years. Everyone who works there is friendly, knowledgeable and very professional.
I recently had to update my Pro Tools perpetual license and unfortunately I had some issues with regards to installing it.
I spoke with Stefan Pope who is a Pro Tools expert at KMR and he dealt with my issue swiftly and pointed me in the right direction along with giving me the correct advice.
Everything was resolved within twenty four hours and my studio is now fully back up and running.
I highly recommend them for any advice for any technical music needs.

KMR are just consistent. Shame its at being bad.

KMR are consistent at reminding me why I always should shop elsewhere and stop giving them second chances. As with every order I've placed, once you've handed the money over, the flippant attitude arises. They're less than helpful and even less willing to chase manufacturers to find out why the item isn't on its way and products are never dispatched with any urgency. 10 weeks later, 2 promised delivery dates passed and still can't provide a firm shipping date because they simply can't be bothered to chase anything up.

Have A Lot To Learn About Customer Service

Sent the 230V version of the product instead of the version configured at 115V. I lost hours trying to troubleshoot. The manufacturer helped fix the issue prior to any help coming from KMR. In the end KMR offered a pitiful amount to make good on their error and my lost time. I’m running a business and found their make-good not so good. I’ll never purchase anything through them again.

liars. listed items aren’t in stock. zero support.

lists items as in stock when they aren’t. sends refunds for less than what you actually paid. does not respond to emails asking them to rectify it.

unsurprisingly, KMR responded here with lies. the item did not say “call for availability”; it explicitly stated IN STOCK. a KMR employee only later confirmed their site was “showing every single item as in stock”. i have the email that says this. it’s my profile picture here. they have the email that says this because they wrote it. it’s in the same thread as the one that they’re clutching their pearls over while ignoring the crux of the issue. absolutely incredible that they’d out themselves as genuinely dishonest on a website called trustpilot, haha.

I’m sorry that your experience with KMR Audio wasn’t up to your satisfaction. I’ve looked into your case and confirmed that the item was not in stock at the time you placed your order.

The product page advised “Call or email for availability” because it was not available from stock.

Our team informed you as soon as we saw your order that the item was not in stock and gave you an estimated time lead-time,
with the option to cancel.
We cancelled your order and refunded your payment immediately on your instruction.

We have looked for further communications, but we couldn’t find a trace of an email anywhere, including in our spam.

My colleague informed me that the money you received was not the amount debited from your account, but this is due to a difference in the exchange rate between the time of purchase and when we refunded you. Unfortunately, we have no control over the exchange rate.

While I understand that your experience wasn’t to your satisfaction and despite some of the unacceptable language used against our staff we would like to offer a gesture of goodwill and offer you a discount at your next purchase in the hope that we can regain your trust. Please contact our sales team on sales@kmraudio.com when you are ready to order and we'll give you our best price.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Kept me fully informed via email and phone as to when my order was shipped and should arrive. I cannot fault the team at KMR Audio. I’m really happy with the product I bought and I would definitely recommend to others. Thank you KMR and keep up the good work.

KMR are just wonderful

KMR are not only competitive on price but they have really excellent customer service. I have purchased both 'Hi End' equipment and more modest gear from them for many years and I trust them without reserve. It's Five Stars from me!

Super Great!!

I am very strict and delicate.

I'm not a comfortable customer for them. But Nick was very flexible and skillful with me and gave me a better choice.
His ability is outstanding in many ways.
I thank him so much that it's hard to explain everything with a short review.

The deal with KMR and Nick is just the beginning.
Looking forward to more future deals!

Exceptional Customer Service

My first time dealing with KMR to purchase a new set of speakers, and certainly won't be the last. The quality of service recieved was a text-book example of how to treat customers, something you very rarely come across these days !

Great customer service at KMR Audio

I have used KMR Audio twice now in the last 6 months to purchase a Solid State Logic SSL 2 audio interface, Beyerdynamic DT990 Pro open back headphones, & the Neumann TM 102 large diaphragm condenser microphone studioset. I have found all the staff I have dealt with to be friendly, professional & efficient. The Neumann microphone had to come from the factory in Germany, I was kept up to date at every stage of the process, & it arrived exactly on the estimated delivery date. Special mention to Callum Brownson-Smith for going to great lengths to make sure I was kept in the loop at every stage including telephoning me personally to arrange convenient delivery. As an industry professional of nearly four decades standing I cannot emphasie how important good customer service is in audio tech purchases. I will certainly use this company again. Two very positive experiences. Appreciated guys
