Great price for my id14 interface, but Audient themselves were delayed in dispatching. Even with this, KMR provided great customer service, especially Callum Brownson-Smith in making sure my item was item was dispatched as fast as possible!

I was regularly kept up to date on my order with professional yet friendly emails, and before delivery was arranged they confirmed a suitable date to prevent a missed delivery. I will certainly use the company again.

Great Service Friendly knowledgeable staff

It’s the 3 or 4th time shopping with these guys for my personal studio. They have a great selection of gear which include exclusive and some rarer bits. Very helpful when answering queries, and always seem to be on the end of the phone if and when I need them.
