80% of so of my equipment has been purchased via. KMR over a number of years and for good reason. Consistently brilliant customer service, great prices and product availability. Nothing is too much trouble, great try-before-you-buy on some products and generally a great bunch to talk gear with!

Good bunch of guys with professional knowledge and time to see you right. No hard sale but good prices and trustworthy advice. They also do trials on more expensive gear which is great. My choice for audio gear.

Excellent service. I purchased an M4000D Mini digital Mellotron from KMR towards the end of 2020. Due to various circumstances (which were completely outwith KMR’s control) the unit was slightly delayed into early Feb 2021. However, Tom was great with updates, explained the challenges they were facing and was most pleasant to deal with. It was more than worth the minor delay. Delighted with the purchase. All things considered, a great service from KMR Audio.

I’m in California US and buying from this guys was like buying local. They made my purchase very smooth and handed everything like professionals. I had to contacted them a few times by phone about Paments and shipping information and they were always very cool. “Thanks Tom and everyone involved in the process, I’m really happy with my C24 Recording console.” . It's been a solid experience buying from them. The items were out of stock/backordered, but communication has been good, and one of the items has already arrived while waiting for the 2nd one.

After being let down by another retailer, KMR assisted me with placing an order for something on back order. They told me it could take 2-4 weeks but within about 2 weeks time I had a dispatch email to my surprise and the product arrived shortly after. Incredible customer service and care. 10/10

My order was a pre-order, but KMR were very good at giving me updates and delivered my order extremely quickly once the stock was received.
Very happy here and would absolutely order from KMR again.

Good product at a good price, supplied quickly. But KMR didn't know that these headphones was no longer available in the colour I ordered until I queried what had been delivered to me.

Gained my custom by deception and treated me like an infant. Mixups over shipping. Good price for the product, but I shall not return to KMR for more.

Spent nearly £800 paying for a pre-order of a tasty chips gr-1 synth over a month ago and I've heard literally nothing back. Nothing except them asking for my review of their service, so fine. Here it is. If I had ordered this synth from the tasty chips website I would have had it over a fortnight ago. I can only assume rather than contacting tasty chips and making a direct order (already paid for) KMR are just waiting for a restock. Given it takes a fortnight (max) to prepare a machine I find this absolutely unacceptable and the desperation for my feedback absolutely pathetic given the situation. I also bought a drawmer monitor controller which was, tbf, promptly delivered but that really isnt the point. Not a single update of the situation of my £800, just completely ignored. Really not good enough. Don't pre-order from them as I can only assume they will just wait for a restock which given its a small company who promise a machine in a fortnight this is terrible practice. really not good.
