I purchased these socks for my sister who has neuropathy and they unraveled on the second use. They wanted to send me a new pair for free. I wanted to return them for a refund as the unraveling was a concern as to how they are made. The 90 day hassle free return policy is wrong. I wrote several emails to them to find out if they would reimburse me for the postage. I still haven't received a definite no and I had to send pictures of the socks for a return and pictures of the label before I mailed them to return them. I would never purchase from them again if they will not stand behind their product and the customer has to send pictures of everything, which is ridiculous. Update: I gave my information for Amrelieve to contact me and have not heard back yet, so I guess they didn't want to reach out to me as they stated.

I so wanted this to work. I have big thighs so I ordered an extra large. It feels great in the need cap but behind the knee it rubs something fierce. Plus the top of it slides down to the knee cap. I do t know if I need a smaller size but am afraid that it will then be to tight. Customer service though has been great. Just wish it would slide down or rub behind the knee.

I have tried to order the knee braces but the price for two was advertised at $79 and when I ordered them (have not sent order) they came to $97.00. What the heck? Could not find the 15 percent coupon. So I tried calling the number never got a call back. When I dailed your number it came up on my phone Scam.

Bought 3. Metal stays came out bottom of brace within 4-4 days on each one. Company sent 3 new ones and two out of three did same thing. Very shoddy.

My name is Julian Cox I ordered a pair two of the knee sleeves braces whatever you want to call them I got them right away I was very surprised that braces down the side are very cheaply made and very flimsy also I have problems with mine fitting they roll down the back of my leg and wore a blister on my leg the first day and naturally I can't get a hold of anyone on customer service you can leave your number 100 times and nobody calls back and nobody ever answers the phone I've sent emails and nobody's ever answered them. I must say when I had it on it made my knee feel better my right knee is bone to bone and it did make it feel better but if it doesn't fit and wears blisters on your legs it's not a whole lot of help. I'm hoping they have a bigger size but they say one size fits all but I see from some of the other reviews that that is not true. I'm hoping to hear something from customer service I hope we can get this resolved because the way it made my knee feel was great but I can't have my knee feel good and have busters on the back of my leg I think I need either of large or extra large but I can't get anybody to contact me to find out. Their customer service really sucks and like I said the braces on the sides supposed to be metal braces they're like 10 or something they're like non-existent almost so they need to improve that and be a little more truthful in their advertising.

After reading the advert for these knee sleeves I ordered 2 pairs at a "discounted" price of just under £100 GBP. When they arrived in a plain Black package , the value of the contents (sent from China) was under £20. Having now worn them I doubt that their quality is that worthy of the £100 PRICE TAG. They are NOT BRANDED , a one size fits all item... Im of Medium build, they slip down during any vigourous walking. The Knee brace elements are 2 lengths of thin plastic which does not have a hinge joint along its length. They do keep your knees warm and are handy if you kneel down on a hard surface...

I SUSPECT THIS COMPANY NOT ON THE UP AND UP.
TOO MANY WEIRD THINGS KEPT HAPPENING WHEN I WAS IN PROCESS OF PLACING ONLINE ORDER.

The ad said that the Ultra Knee Elite sleeve is guaranteed to fit all knee sizes. There was no opportunity to order the correct size. The sleeve sent to me is an extra large, but a large size would be a better fit for me. All knees are not the same size!! Many of the other higher-end knee sleeves are offered in multiple sizes, and most of these cost less.

I have had my socks for about 10 days. I cannot say the neuropathy pain is 100% gone, but what I can honestly say is the pain in my feet that kept me awake for hours at night has subsided by about 75%. I can live and sleep with that. Buy some, you will like them. RICK

HI I just want to let you know I have a right knee that is Bone on Bone...I live by myself and just have not felt I could Take the Time to have a knee replacement.Iam 77 Year's old and have tried all sorts of knee braces..I received my Braces Very quickly ..I immediately put one on and it was AMAZING..So comfortable and immediately my knee did not ache or hurt at all in fact I went to bed and realized I still had my brace on..The next morning I woke up and walked without any Pain!!!Thank you so much for this awesome product and I will shoppe again with you.Judith Bishop a very satisfied customer 👌😁

I bought knee supports and found they helped. However, after a few days they became loose and began to slip. I contacted AmRelieve and they immediately sent me two smaller sizes to try out, without any fuss.

I am in receipt of the kneerelieve.com pads ordered X-large received a large. They did call me back and I spoke to a gentleman named Richard. He offered to send an x-large pair and a double x-large pair. I hope I do receive them. I have ordered many of the neuropathy socks and am quite pleased. I await the products.

This is an amazing product! For the first time in months, I am able to navigate the supermarket without using the shopping cart for vertical support and climb the stairs without taking one step at a time on the way up and sitting on the way back down. Finally, a product that does what it promises!!

I saw this advertised on facebook and thought to good to be true. I was going for physio for my knee. The pain was pretty bad considering I have a high tolerance of pain. That did not help. The physio worked great BUT the sleeve was amazing! My knee cap was sliding back and forth and was painful. This sleeve keeps everything where it is suppose to be. The pain is virtually gone. Have postponed maybe even cancelled the option of having a replacement as I get older. I am 70 and was told I would be way down the list for surgery. So this alternative was a beautiful alternative. I have 4!! they are remarkable. Great service!! You have nothing to lose! Try it!!!

Well, like with most products that boast about being this miracle solution, I was skeptical. But my situation was dire so I was willing to try it. I've got some serious arthritis in my left knee. Very painful and acute at times. I read that when you have bone on bone grinding in your knee like I do, it is exacerbated by immobility. So I thought, I'm going to try this and put it to the test. Sure enough, it's made me more mobile because of the support it gives, which in turn has helped lubricate the knee allowing me to walk. I went from barely walking because of the pain and when I did with a horrible limp, to walking up and down the stairs with a lot more ease. i still have a slight limp but I'm confident it will go away in time. I'm very grateful and pleasantly surprised.

I bought 2 for my son. His knees are so very worn out and require shots. Needs total knee replacement but we can't afford that. He is wearing them all the time and he says that he is not feeling any more pain. THANK YOU, AMRELIEVE.

I am due for Knee replacement in 7 days.. I been on a waiting list for Months and struggling. I only received AmRelieve a few weeks back..and since then I never needed a walking sick at all really!!! I been struggling with immense pain.. These Knee supports were like a miracle transformation...Thank you also for your great assistance after online shopping. I am forever grateful.

I have contacted AM Relieve due to a problem with my knee when playing tennis and other strenuous sport activities. After initial order of kneerelieve,I was dissapointed,for I was sent extra,extra large pair of Kneerelieves. Did wrote AM Relieve company a letter and thought that that will be the end of it,for they are not available in Sydney at Store next door. I got a prompt reply with big surprise,for AM Relieve send me not one pair,but two pairs in smaller sizes,with apologies and a note to keep the original first pair as well to give to a friend. Hard to find a Company with this generous and honest attitude in today world. I can not price any higher their response and will always when wearing the kneerelieves make sure,that I will mentione my experience with AM Relieve to my friends in the Tennis Club.
