I like the posts below ordered 2 of the ultra knee braces for myself as I have issues with arthritis pain and mobility. Total cost as quoted below. Again as highlighted within the advert they promised one size fits all. I received 2 in size Extra Large. As i am a small/medium i obviously couldn't keep the knee support on my knee. I've emailed the company several times to request a smaller size replacement. No response. Instead I keep receiving junk emails from 'jennifer@amrelieve'. Whilst the knee supports look and feels of a very good quality, it appears from my experiences and others below that the promoting of one size fits all is clearly not the case. Also when it comes to customer service this clearly leaves a lot to be desired as again you are told to contact the company via the customer service address and receive no reply. Obviously from reviews and what I've seen of the product I'm clearly disappointed as I've bought a product I hoped would help and its likely i'll not to have the opportunity to use them. With this in mind I'd suggest thinking about whether to deal with this company due to the problems highlighted above.

Firstly I would like to thank Amrelieve for your swift reply and fully appreciate your comments and offer as it's greatly appreciated. I would ask though that rather than receiving two large knee supports, that if possible I could have two medium as these would more likely fit better. Once again thank you for your reply and support and I look forward to the support and benefits the new supports will offer and will post and update to comment on this.

As I highlighted above I said I would update. I've now received my replacement knee supports. I would like firstly to thank Amrelieve for the prompt replacements and again I would like to say the knee supports are of a very good quality. The new ones fit well and I feel they are offering significant support to allow me to get on with my daily life. Overall I would recommend the product and feel it is good value for money for the support and relief it gives.

I’m not understanding some of the negative reviews. I received mine 4 days ago. I work 12 hour shifts and this brace helped immensely the entire shift. I have a possible miniscus tear so the knee is painful when I walk or climb step stools. This brace helped so much and I felt almost no discomfort.
I’m very pleased I purchased 3 of these so I can switch them out as they’re cleaned.

Finally Relief !!
I ordered XL SoothieSocks and AmRelieve replaced them for me with the larger size I needed. I broke my foot in multiple places almost two years ago and had to have surgery twice. I have been in pain the entire time, nothing has helped - until I started wearing the SoothieSocks. The first day I wore them for 11 hours and it was unbelievable the relief I experienced. Thank you so much.

These are the most amazing sleeves I have ever used. As soon as i put them on the pain went away. And BOTH my knees are bone on bone. I know alot of people say oh yeah they work, and you never really believe they do, but yes these work! You will love them i sure do! If your pain is as bad as mine, take the plunge they work! When these wear out if they do, yes i will order again! Amazing sleeves.

Well they finally came on a slow boat from China with the true value stamped on the outside,£4.32 that's right not a typo.They sent xl I couldn't get them over my calf,and you would think for the price the splint thing on the inside would be woven into the material. But no we will put in a blue not grey iron on patch that do keep the cost maximise the profit 😉, well there going back for a refund what a joke 🙄 avoid them and save ya money for a real knee support. That cost a whole lot less than these over hyped and over priced bits of material.........👎

this is a scam. Very disappointing. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Ordered 1pairof feet stockings for £22 .£69.37 taken from my account .1 pair stockings received requested refund 3 times no reply to any E mail.

I ordered a set of the knee support sleeves. They were too tight they were very polite and are sending me a 2 new sets of larger sizes at no cost. I’m praying that one of the other sets will work. They look like a nice product and customer service was outstanding. Waiting patiently for the new ones to get here.

Since placing review online, I have had a response from Amrelieve and they have promised me 2 x 2XL and 2 x 3XL free of charge. Watch this space 🤔

I ordered 3 Ultra Knee Elites but when I received them they were XL and too big. I called customer service and, with no questions asked, they sent me 3 Large and 3 Mediums and told me to just give the XL’s to a friend! That is 5 Star Excellent Customer Service!

I recently contacted AmRelieve to inquire about a refund because my knee supports were turning over and the metal supports were poking through the material. My response was a full refund was no problem but would I like to try larger size supports totally free of charge.

I was very happy to do so but I was sent not one but two pairs in 2XL and 3XL. These are so much better and they do help my knee problems a lot.

I asked how I could send the old pair back and I was told to keep the ones that suited me best and to give the others away to anyone who may be suffering knee pain.

I am so impressed and delighted! Where would anyone get better service than AmRelieve has given to me.

This company's staff and their customer care is exceptional and they are a breath of fresh air in these days of less than honest Internet traders.

I ordered this for £34. 95 & like another reviewer clicked on the fast delivery only to be then immediately charged £54.90. I tried to cancel the order but that was impossible. I emailed them many times with no response.
When the parcel arrived there were 2 knee sleeves sent and each a different size !
I then had to wait for a return address and instructions. They needed photographs & the parcel to be tracked which cost me £18.00

UPDATE ;
After lots of emails and finally getting a return address I have now had a refund of £54.90 from the company.
It cost me £18 to return the product to the USA and this wasn't refunded. Just a warning !

Scam company and scam product. Avoid at all costs.take your money, don’t send a product and avoid and ignore every attempt to contact them.
Terrible terrible company.

I wore my knee sleeves today at golf and was continuedly pulling them up. They are supposed to be slip proof what a joke, I've been conned again.
Please take my advice and don't buy this product it does not do what they say it will do.

I have received the ordered brace, but it has come marked XL, and it is so lax as to provide no support whatsoever. The brace needs to be replaced with a medium fit appliance. I stand 1.75 m and weigh 80kgs, so I am certainly not a candidate for any XL fitting - knee or otherwise.
How to I get a replacement?

I ordered a knee brace which was very deceptively advertized on facebook sponsored advertizing.On my way to the checkout i was offered front of the queue express delivery of which i refused.About an hour later i changed my mind about this purchase and also found it on amazon for less than half the price it was going to cost me to buy it from America.It was also stated in the advert that this could not be purchased on Amazon or Ebay.I emailed amrelieve support to try and cancel my order and was told my order was already shipped and it was now too late to cancel.I was told to return the order once it had arrived and i was still not happy.When it arrived i imediately contacted amrelieve to get the return address only to find when i went to post it,it was going to cost me 50% of the cost of the whole order.I think that amrelieve should have been able to cancel my order after one hour,especially when they claimed in their advert to be overwhelmed with orders and tried to collect an extra fee of £6 to fastrack it.I am not at all happy with this company.

Knee Relieve are marketing con artists. They sent me the wrong size and now they want me to return it at my expense. I will never do business with this company again!

I purchase this product, the knee compression sleeve, after doing the suggested measurements to get the right size. However, the size I ordered was too large. They didn’t have me go through the hassle of mailing the large one back and mailed me the next two smaller sizes without any additional charges. The medium size fit me well and I comfortably wore it playing Pickleball until my knee injury improved. Their customer’s service is top notch.

The knee sleeve is worthless!! I received my order today. I put the sleeve on and as I walked the sleeve started rolling down, causing my circulation to be cut off. It will stay up if I don’t move or sit down. The side supports need to go all the way to the top of the sleeve. I called to return the sleeve and they refuse to give you a return shipping label which is another $10.
WORTHLESS!!
