I bought this and arrived about 4 weeks later. Does not fit at all. Lower half is very loose and offers no support. Going to request a refund. Interior Chinese product unfortunately.

Looking at the reviews AFTER just placing my order makes me afraid of what's going to happen. Hopefully it will fit and the cap not keep falling down. I started to cancel but since I used PayPal I'll just wait and see what happens. Fingers crossed!

Like so many of these knee sleeve products, there is no functionality. The company’s claim that the sleeve fits all size legs is false. I purchased this for a parent whose thigh circumference is 19”. The sleeve rolls at the top, the knee disc won’t stay positioned on the kneecap, and with movement, the entire sleeve begins slipping. It is also incredibly tight and reduces circulation after extended use. My parent is 170 pounds and 5’7”—hardly obese. I won’t bother to return it. It was delivered in a mailing envelope with no instructions, no packing slip, no anything. My fault for having been influenced by a slick web site!

I bought this just by looking in picture but it is not at all like that when you wear it slips after walking for few mints and also torn after a while just imagine the product
when i send them pic they send me one more but is the same it slips and useless don't spend your money on this type of stuff you will regret. i will never recommend any one to purchase

I ordered the pair of knee sleeves for $39.86. When the order was confirmed, it was for $49.95. I contacted Margo, she quickly refunded my purchase.

Some time later, I received the product. I contacted the supplier and they told me to keep the items. I tried the product and it slips down after a few hours so I would not recommend this product.

Placed my order on Aug.13. still waiting to receive it. Sent numerous e-mails regarding this all i get is a promisse.Finally i asked for a refund, waiting for a response.

I purchased 2 of the knee braces for $29.00 and it took forever to receive them from China then I ordered 2 more for the same cost and only received one with no response from customer service. THEN soon after I placed my second order the glue that holds the straps on place gave up the ghost and had to be stitched in place. In my opinion it is cheap Chinees made junk sold by a definite rip off company.

I’ve ordered two items from knee relieve-a knee brace and two neck massagers-and love them. This company has good prices and excellent customer service.

I got this product through youtube ad. The product is basically useless for me. The material is not good at all. It is one size product. The material is stretched after a few days and the brace slides down after that. It does not help at all

I am unsure if this company is a scam. I ordered my brace on November 4th and haven’t received anything yet. I have spoken to customer service three times and all three times I was given a different story until I contacted UPS which confirmed there was never a delivery ordered placed with them from this company. Could someone please let me know their delivery time frame or if anyone was scammed into buying these? I’m ready to file a BBB complaint.

I have been wearing both knee sleeves almost every day and I love them. They have reduced my knee pain which is bad in my left knee (torn meniscus) and as well as the achiness in both knees. I have been able to remain functional and also exercise with them on. Supportive and warm. Highly recommend.

I got mines today and Iam one happy camper!My knee feels a lot better thank you knee relieve.com!

I have been having problem with my knee for a few years, tried many different medication creams and therapies, it was just temporary and short lived relief, suppose to do surgery too but did not want to go that way. I was a bit hesitant to order online because customer service usually is not there when you need it, but not when comes to this company! Luckily I discovered their product- knee sleeve and first time I put it on it did give me a support and helped with my knee pain and mobility, but it was bit too loose for my leg, kept coming down. I did not have to contact customer service, they contacted me! They asked for my knee and leg measurement, they sent me new one at no cost, and no shipment charge either. That is an outstanding customer service if you ask me! Now I wear my new knee sleeve, it's better fit, better support. I do bend my knee a lot throughout my work, and it helped me tremendous. Wish only if jelly cushion part of the sleeve stays on my knee cap throughout my work shift, without coming down a bit, so I don't have to keep pulling it up....regardless, great and effective product for knee problems!

"one size fits all" is completely inaccurate. Purchased these and they barely even stay on my leg they are completely loose and provide ZERO support. Return policy is a joke - buyer has to pay to return the item which promised "one size fits all" but did not fit? complete and utter joke, stay away from this.

I had an issue with the Knee Relieve sleeves. Freshy helped tremendously by ordering a new pair for me. I am really happy with them.

I ordered a pair of the Knee support sleeves. They arrived within a week, shipped here in the USA. They were good but not tight enough, I have worn others over the years that we’re a better fit.

I had a follow up email asking me how they were, they also emailed me that they were on the way With a USPS tracking #

I explained politely that they were to big, to my surprise they offered to send me a smaller pair for free. I have already received that my order is placed and shipping.

How awesome is that.... no hassle, just great customer service. How it should be.

I expect these to fit perfectly as they had me measure my knee circumference when I replied.

I did not receive my product which I ordered in August. The post office said it was returned due to insufficient address although the address seemed to be correct. I asked you to resend the product because US postal service said they returned the package to you. Please send a refund or resign my product.
