This has gotta be the worst virtual card in the world.

This has gotta be the worst virtual card I ever owned in my life. I bought two tires brand new for $450. I got a hole in one of the tires. I bought it to the place that installed the tires to get it plugged they tell me that the tire is irreparable and that they need me to buy another tire for $198 or a used tire for $75 neither one of them were covered by this credit card furthermore when we call to find out if I can get a refund on my tire, the man on the phone besides that I don’t qualify for any of it so basically I’m stuck with paying for a tire to decade replace pay for my credit card and doesn’t even work. I would advise this to anybody else so when you come in the entire place and you see anything that has the name Koalafi it’s a straight up scam. You can buy the tires with the credit card but they won’t refund it. If you must your tire within 90 days or anything else they don’t try to help you at all they want you to do is pay your money so I advise anybody read this message. Do not get this credit card on repeat do not get this credit card. Unless you wanna buy another tire after you already bought tires with the virtual card thank you.

Because we do not handle or service the items directly, warranty coverage and replacement options are determined by the store and any warranty plans discussed at the time of purchase. I have been using Koalifi for a while…

I have been using Koalifi for a while now. Yes they can be a little expensive if you pay them out the entire length of time, but, they served a purpose when I needed tires. I still use them today. Pay them off in the 90 days and no interest. I do recommend using them. Just be responsible about what you spend and make sure you make the payments.

Furniture comes with damage even after…

Furniture comes with damage even after receiving a replacement. Then you call and call and it takes months before you get results. My delivery was in February and I’m still waiting for a replacement love seat even after someone came out realizing the issue was not repairable. I was told I would get another replacement but I haven’t heard from them yet. I always have to call and remind them that I am still waiting on them to replace the love set. Seems like once they get your business you’re forgotten about if you don’t let them know you’re counting on them to honor their agreement.

Koalafi is simple and easy to navigate

Koalafi is easy to navigate. Had no problems going through the steps for the loan. They are transparent and very clear with their service and costumer service is excellent. If you have a question They take the time to explain it to you.

Complete rip off use a bank or a credit card

Of course yes it's very easy to get a loan from this company but I have to forewarn you when you actually pay it off they still take payments which completely is illegal!! Paid off the loan on Thursday 5/21 26 then Friday 5/22/26 this company took another payment, when there is a zero balance! I have bank statements for proof good luck with saying you didn't Koalafi, I rate you the same as those payday lenders! 90 day same as cash, yeah right!

They wont change my due date

They wont change my due date. They keep telling me to do it and where they are telling me to go does not exist. My paycheck hits on Fridays at 11am they take it out way to early resulting in overdraft fees.
