After investigation it became apparent that Royal Mail returned the parcel to us due to refusal/addressee not known. We have sent you an email regarding this, to resolve the matter.

I was charged £3 for 48 hour delivery
I was charged £3 for 48 hour delivery, I had no choice but to take this option and the item took 7 days to get to me. I will not be using this site again

All orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next working day. Your order was placed Wednesday at 10pm and was therefore dispatched Thursday using Royal Mail 48 hour service. Royal Mail are currently experiencing delays and unfortunately the bank holiday will have caused further delays.

Unfortunately I had a few problems with the website, but after a couple of messages, I was able to place my order.
They were quick to email me to let me know about the items being out of stock, but gave me a discount code for my next order. Thank you very much.
