Bought a few things such as rubber floormats, aluminium door sills. Prices were quite decent 👌

Delivery was within 4 days to the Netherlands. Quality of the items are excellent. Nice upgrades. Already placed a second order for some new emblems

Versender (Kopacek) meldet sich nicht. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktierung. kein weiterer Service

Visited website to inquire and buy rims, website clearly states that before purchase compatibilty must be verified by contacting the store. After contacting them an employee (MAGDALENA) kept sending the same sentence over and over: *** COMPATIBILITY AND LEGAL USE IS STRICTLY AT THE CUSTOMER´S RESPONSIBILITY *** which does not answer anything and verifies nothing compatibility vise. Extremely rude and unprofessional, I would rather buy another car than spend a single euro there.

We ordered a roof spoiler and Lauren & Klement logo's for our Skoda Karoq. Well and carefully packaged items which improve the appearance of our car and the spoiler fits excellent! A nice experience which is worth repeating. Thumbs up!

Første gang bestilte jeg bl.a. en advarselstrekant til bilen, i stedet modtog jeg et træktov. Kundeservicen var venlige og fik hurtigt sendt advarselstrekanten og jeg måtte beholde træktovet.
Anden gang skulle jeg have nogle gummimåtter, og de blev leveret hurtigt og som lovet.

The delivery took over a week longer than promised. They sent the product with a very short expiration date, leaving me unable to use it in time. Customer service has not responded to emails even after nearly a month of waiting, despite resending the message. For these reasons, I cannot recommend them.

Great company with superb quality parts for your Skoda car and the customer service and shipping times for international orders is also top notch.

Orfered a small item it was very slow coming then they told me it was rejected by my local post office but they couldn't tell me the reason and I couldn't get any record of it in my local post office and after numerous emails they still could not give me a valid reason as to why it was rejected.i requested that they send me a replacement but this did not happen .when I enquired again they said they were reimbursing me which they did a day or two later but it was minus the shipping fee which I had paid and are not replying to any emails now they are nothing but a bunch of scammers and thieves.keep well away.

Bestilte måtter til vores Skoda Enyaq både kabine og baggagerumsmåtte. Havde dog ikke set ved bestilling at jeg havde bestilt til bil med rattet i højre side og ikke i venstre. De skrev fra kundeservice om det var rigtig og vi fik rettet det. Modtog derefter de rigtige. Super service herfra derfor 5 stjerner! Handler gerne der igen!

Rigtigt godt. Bestilte modelbil den 8. og pakken blev leveret den 14. af GLS. Pakken var godt pakket ind.
Bilen (Modellen) lever helt op til forventningerne og beskrivelsen på hjemmesiden.

Ordered a new grille for my Skoda Octavia mk2 and a rubber mat for the boot.

Delivery was quick and I could recieve updates via the GLS courier website.

The order was wrapped up well and the products were of an extremely good quality.

Will definitely be ordering again.

Ho acquistato il kit ritocco ufficiale skoda. In una settimana mi è arrivato a casa con GLS. Un buon venditore.

Det er første gang jeg bestiller fra kopacek og var lidt tøvende pga de dårlige anmeldelser, men mit sorte emblem til bilen kom inden for en uge og det er super god kvalitet.

While the materials were delivered safely packed and are of the promised quality, do not be fooled by any of their "easy installation!" notes.

For context, one of the items I bough was a set of decorative door sill covers, which of course mentioned "easy installation for everyone". While the manual references an installation tool for optimal positioning, this was not included in the kit, does not seem to be present anywhere on the website, and there's no mention in the product description that it is required if you want a job well done.

Not happy at all with their service, and I would avoid them altogether.

Paid for a set of rims never received them

Ordered originals skoda floors mats for really good price (at first to good to be true) but i received it fairly quickly and really well packaged (even in a VW AG package !) no doubt they are legit. I'm in france and was delivered by GLS. Thanks.

I made quite a big order, just in time for a big discount they had going on at that time. Everything arrived in time in 2 separate packages, everything was wrapped safely and neat, exchanged a few e-mails with their support they were really helpful and friendly. Quality is as i expected it would be (good), will order again.
