I have options with two different cards. I always get an invoice so I know when my card payment is coming out. Easy to use, just like a debit card. Great discount.

More information needed
Fuel pump states "enter your phone number for an e-receipt" but an ER is never received. An invoice appears in your email instead showing the most recent purchase but does not show the litres purchased...nor the cost per litre (something it needs to show to confirm the cost showing at the pump is less the discount you receive belonging to reward groups)

Thanks for the feedback. The “enter your phone number for an e-receipt” prompt is actually a Waitomo system, rather than a Kora feature, so unfortunately we don’t have visibility or control over those e-receipts being sent.
The best way to track your fuel purchases is through the Kora app or your Kora invoices directly, as these will show your transactions and discounts applied to your account.

Because we only use a small amount of fuel per month there are no savings by using Kora.

They take you for a couple of dollars at a time
You pay money every month for not even using the card its only a couple of dollars but its a rip off as I only got the card just in case of an emergency

Thanks for the feedback. The $2 monthly account fee helps us run and support the service while continuing to offer everyday fuel savings. We understand it may not suit everyone, especially if the card is only being kept for emergencies, but we appreciate you giving Kora a go 💙

System was easy to use,with the discount, fuel was cheaper than other providers. more leeway for payment ,with the cost of living increasing.

Worth the effort
I had a little bit of trouble sorting my account set up, but communication was excellent and we got it sorted.
The card is really easy to use, and you know exactly when you need to pay. The app is also easy to set up. It's nice to save on fuel, fill up and pay later. Recommend.
