If i could give ZERO STARS I would I placed my order on October 2, 2026 got an email on October 9, stating it was on route and in Chain. When I try to check using the tracking number it sends me to justanswer.com and after filling out the questions they want me to pay to chat or speak with a live agent. I think not. TOTALLY PISSED I want either my products or my money back.
Placed and order and was signed up for monthly subscription without realising it or requesting it. Didn't know until the next month when I was charged.
Very underhand behaviour.
COMPLETE SCAM. DO NOT ORDER. PRODUCT WILL NOT ARRIVE AND YOU WILL GET AN EMAIL WEEKS LATER TELLING YOU TO 'CONTACT YOUR CARRIER'. I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT CARRIER THEY USED! CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER DOES NOT WORK AND EMAILS ARE NOT RETURNED. IT IS JUST ONE COMPLETE SCAM TO STEAL YOUR MONEY.
still haven't received my product. I have emailed maybe 30 times, sometimes 2x a day. It's been a month and nothing. I got one response saying they'd look into it and give me a 10% refund. Never heard back tracking says nothing. no refund. Scam company! I am furious just like the other comments on here! if i could hit no stars i would...
Terrible! Ordered this product 7/10/26. Still haven't received it, tried getting in touch via emails and they don't respond, might be a scam company.
An Update today 29/10/26.
The company finally responded back saying the product was shipped.
Will wait until it arrives then will Update this review.
Ordered these 18 days ago and they still haven’t shipped. They’re coming from China. I’ve ask for a refund of 109.00 and got no response. They are using a stolen video of a trusted influencer to market them. The pictures of the patches people are posting do not even look the same as the influencer is using. Do not buy!
Ordered three weeks ago and when I went to follow up on the order via email and two calls, I got NO response. They charged my card, I have no product, no ligitimate tracking numbers and no response. Terrible and not worth the trouble. Don't purchase! WARNING!!!!
To be honest I wasn’t expecting to see much, if any, results but thought I’d give them a try anyway. And wow! The difference in the tightness of my skin was instant and really impressive. I was genuinely pleased and will definitely continue with them

Unfortunately I have not been able to try the eye patches because I never received them. The tracking number they issued was invalid and I reached out multiple times to the company for them to either resend or issue me a refund. They finally responded and offered me a refund for a portion of what I paid asking for me to wait longer so they could “research” what happened. It has been a couple weeks now and I still cannot track my order (even though I received an automated email saying I received it, which I did not) nor have I received a refund. I think this company is a scam and I would think twice before ordering and definitely would not place a recurring order.

I am 55 years old and this is the first time my eye bags have disappeared in 15 years. This is one of the products that I would genuinely recommend. I never leave reviews on products but this mask has drastically changed the way I look. I finally feel comfortable in my own skin. 10/10 would recommend.
