The lights themselves are exactly what I wanted, both in style, colour and quality. So often when buying a item that is brass or gold, the colour is too shiny or slightly off but this matches the mirror and other brushed brass items in the room. Delivery was relatively quick and items well packaged to protect them.

I don’t normally like buying things like this online without seeing them but I am very happy with what was received. Easy to order and track delivery.

The lights look exceptional and have greatly enhanced the space. The website offered clear and detailed product descriptions, and the purchasing process was straightforward and user-friendly. My order arrived within the stated delivery timeframe and was securely packaged. Customer service was outstanding, providing prompt and helpful assistance with a minor issue.

Be careful when buying from this French company. If you need to return anything because it is faulty, damaged etc, so other than because you just changed your mind, they won’t reimburse you for the expensive postage back to France. Plan ahead to get your money back via your credit card company even though it will take longer. You will probably have to put the onus on them to arrange collection of the goods and see how they respond.

I have read the response from the company and it doesn’t accurately reflect what happened. I had to send them a screenshot taken from their website before they acknowledged the product had changed. By then I had already paid for return postage, spending less than they would have deducted from my refund under their returns policy.

The whole order and delivery process was seemless from start to finish. Order placed and item recieved quicker than i expected. Would have no hesitation in using this company again in the future.

I have been looking at this light for a while and I decided it was exactly what i needed. I was aware that it was coming from France so slightly worried about custom since Brexit 😩.
However I cant fault the speed of delivery and the customer service and the quality of the products.

Very positive experience. Bought a chandelier from this company which arrived promptly. Two bobeche rosettes came damaged, but my email was answered promptly and identical replacements arrived within two days. I also requested extra decorative crystals from them as the manual specified only 30 but the chandelier actually required 40, and they also sent extra crystals immediately. The product itself could be described as of an excellent and elegant design and a good quality. Overall very happy and satisfied with purchase and customer service and would certainly recommend this company and their products.

I ordered from this company, having not heard of it before. The lamp came in a timely manner, I was kept up to date throughout, the item was perfectly packed and looked better than the pictures I bought it from.
Would recommend this company through and through and will use them in the future. The item was purchased at an excellent price, best on the internet.

The delivery of the lights was excellent. The lights were well packed and were delivered in a couple of days. One light bulb was smashed but I emailed them about it and they sent another one out which again I received quickly.
I have been very impressed by the company that I have passed their email to my friend .

I was really struggling to find the lights I needed for my kitchen. I found the ones I needed on the Kosilight website. I was a little worried as the company was in France and I was worried my lights would make it and if they did, whether I'd like them and then have a real issue returning them. I needn't have worried. The lights were delivered promptly and well packaged and they are exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Kosilight!!

Appalling product quality and all of the crystals that i ordered with my light fixtures came damaged all 216!

and they are being extremely difficult and refusing to replace them thus far - i will update if they do but at the time of writing this they are not
