TERRIBLE Experience, Multiple Issues with Orders!
I’ve had a terrible experience shopping with Kourani Store across 3 separate orders, and I feel compelled to share my frustration.
First Order - May 31, 2024: I ordered around 24 insulated double wall bottles, but when they arrived, about 7 of them weren’t double wall at all. They didn’t preserve the temperature of liquids as expected. I only discovered this issue after a month, and customer service refused to do anything about it, claiming I should have noticed sooner. I understand there’s a time limit for complaints, but this was very disappointing.
Second Order - July 12, 2024: I ordered 50 electric water dispensers. Unfortunately, 5 of them had faulty USB charging wires. Customer service promised to send replacements, but it’s now months later, and I still haven’t received them. No follow-up or updates, just complete disregard for my issue. I don't even want the replacements anymore.
Third Order - July 30, 2024: I ordered 5 more double-wall bottles, after seeing them listed on their website. Customer service even confirmed the colors of the bottles with me and referred to them as “double wall”. However, when they arrived, none of the bottles were DOUBLE WALL!! They claimed that they had told me during my first order that they no longer carried double-wall bottles. Despite that, these bottles were still advertised as “double wall” on their website, and they had referred to them as such in the conversation before the delivery. They refused to take any action and offered no resolution.
I have saved all the conversations as proof, but Kourani Store has shown no intention to resolve these issues. I won’t be ordering from them again and would advise others to be cautious.
