They don’t have products in stock but…

They don’t have products in stock but they still show in stock then they delay the shipping

Dear Sir, we are really very sorry for the inconvenience caused. It's not like we did not have stock of the product that you ordered. At that time, huge delivery issues were going on because of the flight delays all over India.
You ordered on Dec 1, 2025, and we dispatched on the next day, 2nd Dec 2025. The shipment was delayed by 7 days, but we were helpless at that time.
Your Shipment was given via Bluedart courier, having AWB 76728020600. You can check the tracking details on the Bluedart official website, where all the updates are mentioned daily basis.

Sorry again, but it was not our fault.

First of all delivery was very late

First of all delivery was very late. They said i would receive my product in 5-7 days. But it took like 20-25 days. These people kept delaying pickup. I had to beg them to initiate pickup. I had ordered 2 products they only delivered one. I asked for a refund for the product that i didn't recive. They asked me to show unboxing video as proof. Thanks to my sixth sense i had an unboxing video and i send them after that the person ignored me for few days then i contacted other person from there team and he also made me wait for 2-3 days and after telling him again and again i got refund. Very poor service

There is no excuse for the mismanagement and communication gaps that happened from our side. Due to low stock and heavy workload at that time, I failed to handle things with proper care and attention, and I completely understand how frustrating this must have been for you.

Working good awesome product

Working good only problem with delivery delivery person thought it was a spam delivery so I have to go to the courier office and pickup myself. Otherwise product is very good. Works fine.

The package smelled really bad

When I received the package, there was a horrible smell. To be honest I didn't even tried the product because of the smell. In my experience there are better brands and models when it comes to this product. I think this is a cheap company which can make this kind of problems. Again I didn't use the product but doing a lot of research, I believe it is a good product.

Dear buyer, We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. To be true, we always dispatch a tested product and pack the same very well so that there is no damage in transit. For every single buyer, we mention making an unboxing video so that we can take necessary action in case any odd happens. In your case, we mentioned the same, but unfortunately, you haven't given any video proof of the parcel that you received.
We do offer a free replacement warranty for every product except the earpiece. But we don't offer any return or refund option as the products are prepared after order confirmation, and we have mentioned you before your payment was done.
We even mentioned connecting with us on a video call and sharing the unboxing video of the product, but you haven't. You are only blaming us without any proof, asking for a refund of the amount you paid.
