Shipping was fast considering it was international. The fact they asked for a picture of the existing light to make sure I got the right replacement was just perfect.

Fail at all levels. Poo communication - I had to email and call often to get a reply. You do not stock any replacement parts for a hood that you sold. Will not be using K-star in the future...

I really needed the lights, first I sent you the picture and you shipped exactly what I need. The led lights are working perfect.

I found the items I needed immediately. Once I ordered it, I was informed about delivery, which it was quick. And there was no delivery charge.

Commande d'un lot de deux spots LSD3 pour ma hotte parfaitement compatibles. Malheureusement, un des deux ne fonctionne pas, il clignote. Ce qui rend inutilisable l'autre puisqu'ils sont installés en série. Le service après-vente k.starus me demande une photo de mon transformateur pour m'en "fournir" un autre je présume. Nous avons fait plusieurs tests et notre transformateur fonctionne parfaitement. Il y a bien un problème avec un des deux spots.
J'ai demandé le renvoi d'un autre spot et au proposé de renvoyer celui qui dysfonctionne mais je n'ai aucune réponse.
Je ne recommande vraiment pas cette entreprise.

Incorrectly assumed my reason for purchase and then canceled my order without reaching out first.

sent me the wrong item i had to call u guys about it then the guy there wanted me to return it back and said he sends label tru email so i told him send label with my correct item. the following week i recieve what i order along with the label to return the wrong item. i gave that package with your supply label to UPS driver. afterwards i get text from u guys with delivery pictures of wrong item and emails asking about. and as i said i gave that package to a UPS driver.
you guys stop harrassing me i did my part already.
