Bad Shipping Packaging
The shipping packaging was cobbled together from multiple cardboard boxes, including an inside out UPS box, and the end was open but sealed with lots of packing tape. Thankfully the items survived undamaged, but the shipping packaging was not professional.
Product itself seems OK, but does not fit as well in the unit as the one it replaced.

Incompetent Contactor for home warranty company …
Contactor for Home warranty sent a technician who visually looked at my unit, touched the drum and sent a determination back to Insurance Company that the issue was not due to normal wear and tear. I am single and do 1 to 2 loads of laundry a week. I have never overloaded this washer. This incompetent person made this determination without even opening the unit up. I do not recommend this company.

Just excellent customer service
Just excellent customer service, very accommodating company. The product was set up and shipped in great packaging. The range hood worked as advertised, looks great, and they were so helpful in explaining the features and benefits of it over the phone. Highly recommend them and would gladly use them again for all my reno projects...
