Hi Lauren,

Thanks for the great review about our service.

Regarding invoicing, you can request it from our accounts department via email at any time. We don't supply pricing on our delivery invoices because of the high value of the products. Also, many of the orders are gifts, and customers don't want pricing on the delivery invoices.

I will contact you via email, as this is a customs issue in the USA when Trump changed the de minimis rule 2 weeks ago which delayed some of our parcels.
