KWM are always reliable

KWM are always reliable, I have been ordering for a few years now and their standards and customer service have remained excellent. The deliveries are always prompt and well packaged.

Avoid if delivery is to British Mainland

The company uses Fedex for delivery to the British mainland. Unfortunately Fedex is incabable of following delivery instructions.

Sorry to hear you have been unhappy with the courier on this occasion. We can only add delivery instructions as requested and it's up to the individual driver to make a judgment call whether it's safe or appropriate to follow them.
