So easy to choose the right product, from a wide range! But the absolute best thing about Champagne Direct is the customer service. I foolishly chose the wrong address to send my gift to. I sent an email to customer service expecting that I'd just have to forfeit the money and let someone enjoy a bottle of bubbles on me! Not a bit of it. I received an email almost by return saying it was no problem and the address had been updated.

On the day of delivery, because the address is in the middle of nowhere, the delivery could not be made. Once again I emailed customer service, and once again they gave five star service updating the delivery details with what three words and added instructions.

Bravo Champagne Direct, your business model and customer service really works.

Extremely reasonable prices, for a wide range of very nice champagnes, in beautiful bottles and presentation boxes. What more can you ask for?
There's also quite a lot of information on the wines, to make it easier to choose.
