Ich kann zwar noch nichts über das Produkt sagen dafür aber über den Versand und den Kundenservice.
Ich habe am 13.03. bestellt und es steht wenn ich auf verfolgen gehe immer noch "crafting" da als ich Ihnen eine Mail am 04.04. geschrieben habe wo ich fragte wie lange ich denn ca. noch warten muss wobei ich auch Verständnis zeigte und es auch verstehe wenn mal mehr andrang ist das es nicht schnell zum versenden geht aber da ich auf meine Mail bisher (10.04.) auch keine Antwort erhalten habe habe ich nun eher weniger Verständnis dafür und frage mich nun ob ich mein Geld das Fenster rausgeworfen habe...

Ich habe immer noch keine Antwort oder Paket erhalten...

Great first experience
I’ve ordered my kyotobox less than two weeks ago and it’s already here. I’m from Italy so I was a little bit scared that something could go wrong with the delivery, but luckly everything went fine. The box is perfect, I love it.
They’re also super professional. I’m gonna buy something else for sure.

AMAZING!
It was really easy to make a purchase but hard to pick one design because they’re all so nice!!! Got it as a gift for my boyfriend and he LOVES it 🥰 The shipping was fairly quick too!

Overall a good experience but wire too short
Overall a good experience, told me the product would come within 8-14 and came after 8 days. Good quality, however, I think cord for the box too short very few places I can put since I need a plug pretty close to it.

All in all: Nice
Got 3 boxes. One box got an sharp edge, where i cut my finger a little bit. But not that much.
I would also recommend a battery in the remote as well.
