I love the product but at first the eyes were bad and I contacted support and they sorted me out but now my box won’t even turn on I’ve bought new batteries, and it still won’t turn on.

Super, hochqualitative Verarbeitung und ein mega Hingucker zuhause! Bin mega zufrieden und hab den Kauf nicht bereut. Ich freue mich auf weitere Boxen. 😁

Ich unterteile zwischen zwei Dinge.

Einmal die Box
und der Versand

Zunächst die Box:

Die 3 Sterne gelten hier für die Box, sie ist wirklich schön und gut verarbeitet.

Der Versand:

Der Versand war eine Katastrophe.
Ich habe trotz Versand Aufpreis damit es schneller ankommt über 4 Wochen gewartet. Der Kundenservice war recht flott und konnte mir antworten liefern, leider aber keine genaue Auskunft geben, wann die Box ankommt.

Ein Bekannter hat ebenfalls eine Box bestellt ohne Aufpreis zum Versand und die kam teilweise schneller an.

Dann war die Adresse auch noch falsch die ich aber dann noch rechtzeitig bei DPD korrigieren lassen konnte.

Me mandan una encuesta de satisfacción cuando ni siquiera llegó mis pedidos, se suponían que llegarían entre el 20-30 de Septiembre y no ha llegado nada, ni siquiera me dicen cuándo va a llegar.Estoy por poner una reclamación.

Mein Freund hat sich, sehr über (Naruto) gefreut. Die Qualität ist top, das warten lohnt sich, auf jeden fall!

Jeg er virkelig lykkelig for min bestilling. De 2 bokse jeg bestilte tog ca 1 måned og 10 dage at komme frem og æskerne var ikke så godt pakket ind men selve boksene er uden fejl eller skader. De ser vildt gode ud og jeg kan ikke vente med at give dem til min kæreste i julegave.
Vil også tilføje at jeg kontaktede kundeservice en gang pga jeg havde mistet mit tracking nummer. De svarede hurtigt og gav mig link til min tracking.

Het is een heel mooi product. Het werkt goed en het is mooi afgewerkt. Je krijgt het precies zoals het op de foto eruit ziet. Het enige wat jammer was, is dat ik er een maand op heb moeten wachten, maar het is het 100% waard!

Hab meine Bestellung vor fast 3 Wochen aufgegeben und bis heute noch immer nichts erhalten..

Send a mail and have been waiting an entire month for the issue te be resolved ... after a delivery mistake on the companies end

The box itself looks super nice, but the cable was defective. (Probably already happened during shipping) So I wasn't able to use the box to its full extent. When I asked if I could get a new box sent or if I could get my money back, I got a strict no. They are not aware of any guilt and pack everything with the greatest care. I then asked if I could at least have a new cable so that I could repair it myself. That too was rejected. So I paid almost 40€ for a non-functioning box. Customer service is really a disaster. The website also advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee, which is absolutely not true

I never got my box they put in the wrong adress. Scam

This Company is still at the beginning so you order can take Some Time But it will come. The quality ist realy good and they look fantastic. I tried to contact Someone but not because of an Probleme, I just asked a question about there products and was confronted with pure kindness. If you have worries because of your order you can take contact with the Support or the Instagram acc @kyotoboxu and maybe with @kyotoboxman. I can say you can Trust kyotobox.eu with 5 Stars and you need no worries.
