I felt a huge difference almost immediately from taking the Kyros supplements and I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a better quality of life. I used to suffer with some thing called prepatellar bursitis and after 3 weeks of taking these supplements the fluid build up was gone and movement was back fully. I also went away for a few weeks and forgot to take them with me(even though they do have a handy tear and go strip labelled with the day🤦‍♂️) and by the end of the second week I had my first cold/snotty nose since I started taking them over 8 months ago. My energy levels felt as though they were dropping too. But don’t take my word for it try them for yourselves and I’m sure they will have nothing but a positive impact on your health.

I’ve been taking Kyros supplements for a number of years now - they are by far the best multivitamin type supplement I have taken. I’ve maintained my busy lifestyle both work and pleasure with regular training and have managed to maintain this without picking up common colds or generally feeling run down - I definitely feel that before I was taken these I would still be hit with colds etc
